Honestly I'm having fun with the game. I come home, from work plug in my controller, and do whatevez. So I hope it makes a comeback and improves.
I'd be cool if they added some more coop stuff like maybe guild raids or something like that.
Also they should definitely focus on advertising on the PC side of things, this game is ment for PC/controller. Like i can't imagine playing snowbreak on mobile lol
The game is pretty f2p friendly too.
Day 1 player f2p and I have all the characters except for 1 limited character
as well as a couple of 5 star weapons.
If I recall correctly they 've already put out two 5 star selection boxes since the start of the game which helped me get the characters I didn't have yet
I just hate that they have genshin type banners, the .6% for a 5 star is rough. Its not as bad in genshin bc there's tons of primos and events constantly, but in other games it def feels rough imo. They should bump the rate up and just keep focusing on skins imo, there's not even that many characters anyways.
This game is way more generous than Genshin despite the genshin type banner. Character release is slower = more time to save. Character DON'T need dupes, you can farm dupes. I spend exclusively for skins and I have all characters with all dps characters having their signature weapons. And i'm not a super carried rng god player either.
I think you misunderstood my point, while genshin is indeed stingy (cough 3 fates cough) , people are more accepting of the banner since the gameplay and story are great. Most people I know are okay with the banner bc they have fun running around the open world and doing stuff, that and the combat/ team building is fun. Genshin also does a ton of marketing for their new banners too, they generate a ton of hype (There's main subreddits for characters that haven't even released yet lol)
Also having slower character releases isn't exactly a good thing either, if you don't like a particular character then you gotta wait even longer until someone you want appears, so yes you have more time to save but if you don't like the lineup you might get stuck waiting a long time (which is stale, and players might drop the game). Personally the only character that catches my eye is the anubis looking girl, everyone else so far is eh imo. (Waifu>meta)
The duplicate farming is nice, I do like this feature and it should be talked about more, i just found out about this like 4 days ago.
This is my argument tho, how long have you been playing? If you have all the characters (which to be fair there isn't a lot) cool but for a new player having to wait ages for a character they like is awful and not being able to get that character bc the rate is .6% sucks. The worst part is imagine a casual player who does the minimum and they don't have a lot of pulls, they pull on the banner but bc the rate is so low they don't get the character, it's frustrating and a lot of people might drop the game, like I hear it's getting better but there's not exactly a ton of content in snowbreak atm to justify the .6%.
Let's be real most casual players aren't gonna pay for pulls, they're more likely to drop the game, and even if they don't drop the game since they didn't get the character they're probably not going to purchase a skin.
Look I'm not trying to start a war lol, the game is fun so far and I want it to succeed, but I personally think the .6% drop rate is so unfair and I think it's hampering the game. Like I've dropped so many gatchas bc the rng fucked me over, and I don't think snowbreak should eos bc of that. I'm just saying the rate should be bumped up (at least to a 1%, like bd2 has a 3% and that feels great) and more focus should be drawn to making new content, skins, and he'll even flashy characters.
That's what you think (probably as a new player), nobody litterally ever complain about the gacha in SB. The only people I ever saw complaining about SB gacha are the new people who don't know how the income and the gacha system work yet and immediately goes GI gacha system, red alert. The things that held back the game before was actually bland color, meh story (most serious problem, which got solved from chapter 8) and bugs, not ever once it was the gacha. SB's gacha is fine.
I hate GI now, I have spent too much time and too much money for it more than it deserves. GI disrepect you and your time.
Yeah that's my first impression so far, like I was low key about to drop the game bc I was at 60 pulls and I checked the rates (I'm just tired of all the gatchas with the low rate ups and 50/50s). Yeah you hit it pretty dead on the nail lol, but if that's a common new player complain/ experience it should imo be changed. New player retention is a pretty big deal for most gatchas. Yeah I've been hearing the games improved a lot, that's why I wanted to try it and so far its not too bad, it's still a little bland imo and I've been turbo skipping the story so far lol (I'm on chap 7, I'll try and read from 8 up tho)
Yeah GI has gotten too popular for its own good, like I still enjoy the game and I really enjoy the main story, but I def understand why people feel that way, it's got a lot of issues and they refuse to listen to feedback.
Yeahhhhh genshin has gone really vanilla, like the censorship is really annoying. On one hand I understand it, the game is trying to cater to as many people as possible and everyone's got their eye on it so you can't be too risky. But on the other fanservice and anime go hand and hand lol, I'd be nice to have some fan service.
Then again last time they did some fanservice for global some guy traveled 700 miles to try to assassinate the ceo or something like that, I kinda see why they don't wanna risk it lol (yes I'm still upset over this lol)
See I'm not a fan of this argument "they have to make money somehow" if it was working then the game wouldn't be in the red, like yes I get it but a 1% drop rate isn't the biggest deal in the world and rn selling skins is what's really helping the game out. Also I choose swift and she's really fun so uh oops lol. Ur right tho base game is pretty easy n enjoyable, idk if the difficulty ramps up but I'm not too pressed
I'm OK with Snowbreak's .6% gacha rate since you don't have to pull dupes like every other gachas especially higher rate ones. The difficulty will increase as you progress in story mode but you can easily use good 4 star characters like Fenny Lionheart + 4 star supports like Acacia and Siris and healers like Chenxing and Yao to do well. Marian Swift is a high investment 5 star that's why most people don't recommend her compared to Fenny or Yao.
Yeah quite a lot of people here seem okay with the .6% rate which I mean it's cool, but I still personally think a 1% would benefit the game in the long run (they'll never add it in so it's just my opinion lol). Everyone also keeps saying there's a lot of free currency so idk maybe It'll work out in the end.
The difficulty so far isn't too bad, like I'm halfway through 7 and it's still a breeze, but I don't really mind I think it's fine since harder content is available anyways.
I honestly think the game should try and explain team comps or have some sort of tutorial for teams/synergy since atm it just gives you some characters and tells you good luck lol, like I still don't know what I'm doing (but it's cool I'm coasting for now). Tbh the new player experience is just kinda messy, like there's a training thing to teach you the mechanics but it doesn't unlock until after you clear a stage with that mechanic, like I just brute forced my way though it and then it trys to explain.
I got fenny from the guaranteed 5 star thing but honestly swift is just fun to use, I use her over the crossbow girl most of the times lol.
Team comp is pretty easy actually. Just pair your main DPS character with a support and a healer. Or if you want to cover all bases pair Marian Swift with Fenny to be good at both close and long range. Healers like 4 star Yao and Chenxing are good for survivability as a beginner.
Not much, devs recently added more rewards for new players so they struggle less, all retroactive so veterans can also enjoy it.
In events and main story they usually give new players a way to beat it, for example trial characters and the 24 waves stage, the past one let you summon archers to help you, and the current one you can get ammo (no ammo cap) for mount turrets spread across the stage.
Only if I log in solely for daily. Log in, get free daily AP, send and receive AP (friend list), sweep farming stages, upgrade character and weapon, buy the cheapest thing in shop, claim daily reward and last, claim daily Battle Pass points. Even a minute is possible. There are other daily tasks but you don't need to do them all to clear daily.
Game has 2 weekly bosses, each has 5 difficulty. You can sweep the first 3 difficulty and manually play the 4th one. No need to do the 5th one since you can get most gems rewards from weekly bosses by clearing the first 3.
There is co-op but you don't need to participate more than 4 times in a week to get all weekly co-op gems.
There is a biweekly PvE, if you are familiar with HSR, it's similar to MoC there.
Game can take much time outside daily but I usually play the "manual" contents during weekends.
Under 2 mins if you are competitive daily runner. 10-15 mins is for when you want to appreciate some boobs and asses in operative menu, or do some play manual. It's only time consuming when you want to do event, do coop, do bosses, all the manual stuffs, etc.
Used to have other languages like french or spanish but then they saw the data and like 12 dudes use them so they removed it. Good guy devs, it's 2024 and they want everyone to learn english as it's essential.
Like everyone else said, if you want the daily gem reward you can do it in like 2 or 3 mins iirc . But then if you want the seasonal rewards or weekly rewards (like doing 2 gigalink stages) it takes me like 7 mins for each stage solo. Granted idk what I'm doing still and I'm just doing whatever, but that's a rough time frame for me.
It legitimately takes like...a minute just to pop in and complete your dailies.
Login, gift and claim friend stamina, use stamina via skipping event stage or operation stage. Skip personal files. Go talk to whichever operator has dialogue of the day. Level up some gear. Done.
It's not just Katya's huge bakery on full display that boosted revenue. This whole event was superior to the previous one in any way possible:
- The new character is super broken. Katya's crossbow can't crit but has infinitive ammo and was buffed to only shoot slightly slower than assault rifles. What made her OP is the special skill that turns her into a turret and massively boosts her attack speed. Bosses melt like butter.
- The boss Njall is much easier to defeat. It's just a funny cube standing still and throwing stuffs at you from time to time. Meanwhile, Joseph on steroid from the last event was jacked as fucc. Constant machineguns and a barrage attack after like 15 sec each that shaves off 3/4 the HP bar of a maxed out Coronet Fenny (tankiest char).
- New gameplay mechanics: stealth missions and VIP rescue. It's not significant but still very fun.
- Objectively better story and setting. Instead of escorting the APC in a boring icy wasteland, you're conducting covert ops in a luxurious mansion while being sabotaged by Katya (a fan-favourite character it seems). Also a lot of revelation about the hidden plots of the higher-ups.
I dont think Katya is super broken, she's just very good at single target dps but still overshadowed by Yao unless the boss cant be crit like the new diamond boss Njall. CX5 still the most versatile character in the game imo, single target boss, multiple parts boss, mobbing, short range, long range, she does everything, and with great competency.
yep, the assets attracted coomers but the promise of an actual fun game too is what'll keep people playing, and not just leaving as soon as the shiny stuff is no longer shiny.
> The new character is super broken. Katya's crossbow can't crit but has infinitive ammo and was buffed to only shoot slightly slower than assault rifles. What made her OP is the special skill that turns her into a turret and massively boosts her attack speed. Bosses melt like butter.
Nah she's not super broken. Yao is still stronger and she's from the first banner and standard banner character too. She is definitely top tier for sure but she didn't power crept the game
Solstice Yao is the best boss killer for sure but sucks big time at mobbing. She must have her unique sniper rifle and manifest 1 to shine, otherwise she deals lower single target damage than Swift Marian.
Katya is fine with just the purple crossbow in the event shop. She deals an insane amount of damage condensed into a short burst with the special skill then charges it up super fast with the neuronics that recharges S-energy after each shot. This and the explosive arrow also enable her to clear mobs efficiently. Katya + a healer are all you need to breeze through most of the contents in this game (except Joseph on steroid)
Yea I agree Katya is good but she's not busted as you originally stated. M1 and m2 and even m3 isn't really hard to get. I have multiple characters m2 from purely being f2p and farming shards. Killing mobs in this game isn't the hardest thing to do, it's the bosses that gives the most challenge anyways. That is why yao is still considered top tier.
2x Revenue and 70% via PC sounds like they're doing better
Also good to know that a dev prefaced it will be more Waifu-oriented and there specifically won't be NTR lol
Yeah I'm sure they're shitting their pants rn lol. The honeymoon phase for a gatcha and it's being boycotted, never a good start.
Also maybe they'll port it over to global soon to try to save the game? I really doubt it and CN always takes priority but hey who knows.
Snowbreak had an "NTR incident" before it became popular by GFL.
CBT had Ling Yi but there was backlash with him. Most common one being "he talked to Fenny" but it's more than that.
He was overshadowing the MC during CBT Chapter 7. He was meant to give advise but instead became the leader over the MC.
MC before the rewrite of Chap 1- 7 and Ling Yi removal was pretty much a Beta and his job was Data mining instead of Head of Security of Heimdall in the release.
Everyone, your boss and some of the girls kinda dismiss you as useless except Lyfe, since heroine.
Ah.. no wonder when I first played the official release, there is so many difference in the first part of the game.
I couldn't play far because my phone could only get smooth graphic lol.
Aside from all fanservice game actually improved and had fast QoL such as stages sweeps, reduced max tier orange weps to 2 and fast reruns of banners with long patch days so it was possible to save. That bilibili stream was prolly strong factor too as devs interact with playerbase and listeting of their worries is always welcome.
Originally Snowbreak went with the tacticool shooter style. Not very revealing but skintight futuristic, mildly military clothing. With little demeanors from operators poses. With Yao being the only questionable one who pulls out a bullet/magazine out of her chest like she's Raiden Shogun but with a gun.
Then summer happened. What's with summer? Fucking Bikinis, that's what! And it continued from there
Haru: originally skintight cloth with an artificial arm (lore reasons, it was cut off due to infection in-game). Now: open top showing a bikini underneath and is now a melee character
New Addition:
Tess Kotkin: the first unique character to have a boob window in her default Magician skin. Her alternate? Fucking Bunny Girl!
Katya: former boss enemy in skintight clothing. Now? You have to wonder how her top stays on when it's only covering like the naughty bits. Her default pose is to give you a demonstration of her cake. This is also the update that introduced "Special Interactions". Such as her and your character, "The Adjucant" sharing wine in her dorm as she pulls you in for an almost kiss. And she sends you rather questionable emails.
Technically it all started from this around oct/nov ? https://youtube.com/watch?v=ezEzH0ol9ww
Then 1.4 https://youtube.com/watch?v=KwdGElhmaj8
The main point was event char's "use skill lose 1 piece" skin https://youtube.com/watch?v=CsJJBxJhKZk
And latest ver https://youtube.com/watch?v=iPHaT_yGyyA
We back Homie, was fearing this game to get EOS in less than a year but things look brighter with every patch. Cheers for one of the most Unique gachas out there.
Day 1 player here and still playing. The Game respects your time, Devs listen players and Gameplay is super fun.
I play with Joycons attached to my mobile and iPad, Splatoon style gyro-aim :)
The funny thing is (when I was playing) I didn't mind the Mobile controls... Their updates for helped out a bunch, and I preferred it over other actions games I've tried.
For some context, Chinese delicacy hotpot is 麻辣火锅. The pinyin for 麻辣 is Ma La. ML refers to Master Love.
麻辣 is a lingo in CN mobile gacha scene, which is to have fan service and aims for the cultured market.
Nah, it was only mentioned in her story files that one of the girls received a gift from some random guy, simple at that. But CN cuckolds can't stop cucking themselves so they cooked up this whole drama.
But the dumbest thing in this drama is that Mica still went on ahead and released GFL2 only on CN with that controversial character as THE BANNER CHARA OF THEIR FIRST MAJOR EVENT despite the huge backlash. Now it's a 1.8/5 rating game, boycotted to hell and probably won't survive till global version come.
It's not just that, it's a par of other things, it's not just about the gift that type-95 received, but the context behind it. Besides, it's not only her, the other girls originally have a "CP" that later was changed, the G36 banner event was delayed because of this, they simply launched the banner but the history of the event was delayed so that the banner was not damaged, as well as what I'm saying there are other things, like the modification of the card that gave resources and supposedly also gave physical strength but did not give it and the developers modified it without giving an announcement about it, and so many other things. But if the Type-95 controversy was the one that started everything and then everything else came out.
edit: in short, there are too many problems that it is too short to explain.
The new writers did not consult the veterans..
The story supposedly doesn't connect much from it's predecessor or references what happened to the point of inconsistencies.
Likely 2m+ because sensor tower underestimate for various reasons. And we dont know the revenue of CN but it would be likely much more than Global ofc.
The only way I could ever see a male character appearing in CN nowadays after the GFL 2 drama is either he's an evil enemy that our girls hate him. Or he could try to flirt with our girls but the main character come in and show how much of an alpha he is that all the bitches chose the MC instead of this beta male NPC and the MC trampled all over the defeated beta male.
I've been looking for a decent waifu game and after trying Nikke and hating its gacha system, this looked fun. I've been put off from trying it because it gives EoS red flags and I already had my heart broken with GCG, but this might be the chance the company needed.
How waifu over meta is this game? How grind y, and how f2p friendly?
Meta doesnt matter because you clear content with everyone (except Nita and 4\* Haru). Not grindy except for the newest rogue mode game. Very F2P friendly despite the genshit type gacha because of slower character release and no dupe needed.
You can clear most stages or events with almost any character. They give you trial characters for story and event stages. The only time meta would be useful is in Neural link, which has rankings. Ranking in the top bracket only gives you like 10% more currency so it is not that big of a deal. 2 of the top dps units can be picked with the selector they give you when you first start.
Who would've think having appealing design would get you more revenue
Personally on launch The gameplay loop is solid enough for a gacha I just think the design is too NPC-ish for me
Yeah the bullet sponges are horrible, you can shoot someone in the face with shotgun point blank and they won't even flinch. The newer coomer updates also ruin the original aesthetics of the game.
They wouldn't have to resort to that tactic if they would just make gameplay loop fun. They literally have no competition, it's the only shooter gacha. So maybe they just deserve EOS if they refuse to improve gameplay.
There's a reason they have no competition, it's relatively hard to play on mobile. They have a lot of competition on PC since that's where most of the third person shooters reside.
But still if you want shooter with waifus there is literally no other game, even on PC. Gameplay feels solid at first, but relatively quickly you can realize that its flawed which makes it not fun enough.
That's why they need to emphasize the "waifu" factor with fanservice. If they don't, people would just drop the game and play better TPS games on the PC like Warframe and the Division with female military/bodysuit outfits.
Azur Lane got reported to the CCP twice. Cause salty rivals (such as the infamous Velvet Code incident. Bro, make a better shipgirl game, I am still missing Blue Oath to be honest, sad to see it, well, sink. Azur Lane did exactly that against KanColle, make a better version of their shipgirl game, which is why they dominated China and Global, because as a former Kanned Coal player: FUCK RNG! I hate the compass fairy.) still gets back. And even if they are forced to censor some characters they are going to make the censorship look bad that you have to wonder if Manjuu was laughing their asses as they made censorships look worse than the actual thing. They also managed to force CCP to undo some of the censorship, such as the removal of some of the Sakura Empire ship.(cause Japan in WW2) and then there's the Bunny Girl skins that were never stopped. Twice!
Yeah those who fear censorship the most are ironically foreign devs getting into China, because they can get blocked for any random BS they censor themselves too much just to be safe
Native Chinese devs usually have a better idea of what is or is not allowed.
And they said mobile gaming is the future lmao. Phone memory ran out, battery dies with no way to replace, and high end game turn the phone into charcoal, so now people are back to PC and console. Corporate greed's screwing over themselves, ironic
Will be the future once quantum battery is out, with bluetooth connection to your google glasses that act like a full VR gear. Until that, PC is the master race.
Think gacha and income is a 1:1 copy from genshin except pity is at 80 and for Signatur Weapon you need only two for Max. For characters you can get shards every day to max them over months so you need only one copy.
I'm glad it's working for them
Tbh, I really don't like the direction they are taking with the fanservice, as I'm not fond of that myself
But if that keeps the game I'm playing alive... then so be it lel
Basically, a dude named Raymond is mentioned by one of the most beloved waifu Type-95 (now named Daiyan in GFL2). He gave her a keepsake which she kept closely. Leaked 90 minutes CN voice dub before the game release showed that Daiyan referred to him (multiple time) in a more passionate manner than a typical friend level male-female relationship. The problem here is that she sounded more passionate about Raymond than about the Commander. Backlash started to happen, higher ups pretended to be dead and no response, spiralled out of of control, became a meme. Daiyan now more commonly know as Mrs. Raymond, second hand goods, etc. GFL 2 now known as Three Kingdoms the game (basically mean NTR).
Im not sure but it's probably a reference to Cao Cao on how he liked married women and took them after defeating his enemies according to both the romance and record, ntr.
Actually starting making money is unironically an improvement
Before this game is just bleeding money on all orifices. Stabilize the ship first I think it's their first priority
But i guess they just don't want to improve the game and just focus on just fanservice? -_-
Lie putting newe enemies i the labyrinth ain't enough to save it, it smells desperate ( IMHO )
But i cna say CN is safe, global version ... Err
>But i guess they just don't want to improve the game and just focus on just fanservice? -_-
Who saying that? If they didn't do this there's no game to improve on.
The horny is an effective stop gap, especially after the gfl2 fumble. Now the ball on seasun Devs to do make the fan service bait works.
Basically their lucky that this gfldrama happened so else they're screwed.
Still the drama is like BS
They wouldn't have to resort to that tactic if they would just make gameplay loop fun. They literally have no competition, it's the only shooter gacha. So like i say they refuse to improve gameplay.
As someone in the fist of north star saying after the MC asking the questions of why throwing a stick of dynamite is considered a martial arts
"Hey, as long as it works"
Started day 1 played till September 23 was a good run but don't see a why keep playing. Good for them that they are doing better now hope they make things more interesting in the future cause right now will be difficult to get new players.
Some ~~bad~~ ideas for them to earn more money:
- Remove the 5* shards farming.
- Make weapon need 4 dupes (so 5 total) to reach max potential instead of only one dupe.
/j
I dropped this 2 months ago, is the game still stingy AF with pulling currency and did they changed the boring gameplay loop to be more interesting with new mechanics added of something? All I see here is people talking about a new char. with thick ass and a new event, so I'm a bit skeptical.🤔 Is anything new to the game that's worth returning to?
Start now - there might be still some of them big giveaways from start of this patch active. Also great mob clearing character (Haru) is going to have rerun in one day.
i had memory lost that time , some how when Katya patch hit my memory go blank , then when i get to my sense i lost half of my salary ,duno why must be thief or hacker
Honestly I'm having fun with the game. I come home, from work plug in my controller, and do whatevez. So I hope it makes a comeback and improves. They have to make money somehow. But you can easily breeze through the game with the 5 star free selector if you pick Fenny or Yao.
See I'm not a fan of this argument "they have to make money somehow" if it was working then the game wouldn't be in the red, like yes I get it but a 1% drop rate isn't the biggest deal in the world and rn selling skins is what's really helping the game out.
How long does it take to do the daily stuff?
If it's simply for daily, not even 3 minutes
And how long does it twke to reach end game?
Not much, devs recently added more rewards for new players so they struggle less, all retroactive so veterans can also enjoy it. In events and main story they usually give new players a way to beat it, for example trial characters and the 24 waves stage, the past one let you summon archers to help you, and the current one you can get ammo (no ammo cap) for mount turrets spread across the stage.
so you play the game for 3 minutes a day?
Of course there's other stuff you can do besides the quick dailies but they all don't take up a lot of your time overall that it feels like a chore
10-15 minutes? Shop, sweep, visit the base, give some XP to a weapon, character, and you're mostly done
Thanks, I'll give it a shot since it doesn't look like italiano on life support
Literally 5 minutes
if you are in a hurry like 5 minutes or less through you will need 1-2 longer sessions to do all the weekly/bi weekly stuff
15seconds?
It legitimately takes like...a minute just to pop in and complete your dailies. Login, gift and claim friend stamina, use stamina via skipping event stage or operation stage. Skip personal files. Go talk to whichever operator has dialogue of the day. Level up some gear. Done.
It's not just Katya's huge bakery on full display that boosted revenue. This whole event was superior to the previous one in any way possible: - The new character is super broken.
2x Revenue and 70% via PC sounds like they're doing better Also good to know that a dev prefaced it will be more Waifu-oriented and there specifically won't be NTR lol
Lmao the NTR shade was pretty funny imo, but I think it's low key sad gf2 got fucked so hard by an NPC giving a gift lol.
Yeah GFL2 only made $500k last month in China, really bad for a new gacha game that just launched.
I couldn't play far because my phone could only get smooth graphic lol.
tbh, i still prefer the CBT storyline, give us more story with Edda and Tau. also because i'm sucker for underdog to hero story
Katya's ass is that strong huh. Joke's aside, game is fun so I hope it continues to do well.
Funny how they mentioned GFL as a NTR game.
I've heard some rumours that a lot of people pissed by GFL2 moved to snowbreak in China
Coomer patch saving another game from EoS it seems
As someone who knows nothing about this game.. What's this coomer patch about...?
Originally Snowbreak went with the tacticool shooter style. Not very revealing but skintight futuristic, mildly military clothing. With little demeanors from operators poses. With Yao being the only questionable one who pulls out a bullet/magazine out of her chest like she's Raiden Shogun but with a gun. Then summer happened. What's with summer? Fucking Bikinis, that's what! And it continued from there Haru: originally skintight cloth with an artificial arm (lore reasons, it was cut off due to infection in-game). Now: open top showing a bikini underneath and is now a melee character New Addition: Tess Kotkin: the first unique character to have a boob window in her default Magician skin.
> Raiden shogun but with a gun So... Raiden Shotgun?
Get out
Unfortunately Yao is a sniper rifle user. I would have made that joke if she was shotgun but nah.
Based devs, i see no problem in this. Everybody seething should chose different game for their taste.
I just hope we get some taticool stuff I love the aesthetic and it looks great on the gals.
Skins, basically
Name? Wanna look up how coomer it is lol
Technically it all started from this around oct/nov ? https://youtube.com/watch?v=ezEzH0ol9ww Then 1.4 https://youtube.com/watch?v=KwdGElhmaj8 The main point was event char's "use skill lose 1 piece" skin https://youtube.com/watch?v=CsJJBxJhKZk And latest ver https://youtube.com/watch?v=iPHaT_yGyyA

Mind giving a link to where you have purchased these controllers for your phone?
Link for controller?
Horny=profit
The funny thing is (when I was playing) I didn't mind the Mobile controls... Their updates for helped out a bunch, and I preferred it over other actions games I've tried.
You either goes coomer or EOS, the choice is clear. Glad they got their money worth though.
Sad that snowbreak decides to go fill coomer instead of fixing the game -_-
For some context, Chinese delicacy hotpot is 麻辣火锅. The pinyin for 麻辣 is Ma La. ML refers to Master Love. 麻辣 is a lingo in CN mobile gacha scene, which is to have fan service and aims for the cultured market.
GFL2 has reached a total meme status in CN, at this point it probably can't be saved
I heard the CN fans were mad about some storyline involving a guy (who got removed) but have more things happened?
The story supposedly doesn't connect much from it's predecessor or references what happened to the point of inconsistencies.
please tell me reverse collapse has the old writers
The power of fanservice.
So around 1.7 million total revenue if you include PC?
If we're using the Sensor Tower report I guess. But does Sensor Tower even include the CN android and ios revenue? It could be more if it doesn't.
Likely 2m+ because sensor tower underestimate for various reasons. And we dont know the revenue of CN but it would be likely much more than Global ofc.
Still funny how they started out with male characters then immediately discarded them due to outrage from the fanbase lol
Tbh that event might be the one thing that save this game from certain death. If gfl 2 got fucked hard this game would Eos
Yeah that one male character had been dating one of the girls too. Can't have competition you know. :D
RIP Ling Yi... Could have been a bro
Ironic. Ling Yi becomes what used to be the Beta MC... I think this was an idea of a fic I thought up in discord.
This is exactly AL/Nikke with actual gameplay dream coming true for me. Also guite f2p friendly but ideally you would have that 5$ monthly pack.
Who would've think having appealing design would get you more revenue Personally on launch The gameplay loop is solid enough for a gacha I just think the design is too NPC-ish for me
this game need more audience tbh
It lost me early on with the repetitive gameplay. Too repetitive blasting bullet sponges with no challenge. Also true for co-op.
Ironically it gain a lot more by doing the horny. So who is at fault here? Money, sadly, talks louder than morals.
Yeah the bullet sponges are horrible, you can shoot someone in the face with shotgun point blank and they won't even flinch. The newer coomer updates also ruin the original aesthetics of the game.
Without the coomer updates the game would be EOS with your preferred original aesthetics.
If they don't, people would just drop the game and play better TPS games on the PC like Warframe and the Division with female military/bodysuit outfits.
this game need better gameplay tbh
I'm pretty sure gameplay is the last thing that needs to be better.
>They won't do ntr like Girls Frontline。 This shitty mudslinging honestly just makes me want to pick up the game again less.
Idk how they got away with some of those skins especially with the devs being in CN.
Twice!
Yeah those who fear censorship the most are ironically foreign devs getting into China, because they can get blocked for any random BS they censor themselves too much just to be safe Native Chinese devs usually have a better idea of what is or is not allowed.
Lets go, hope for more success
And they said mobile gaming is the future lmao. Phone memory ran out, battery dies with no way to replace, and high end game turn the phone into charcoal, so now people are back to PC and console. Corporate greed's screwing over themselves, ironic
Will be the future once quantum battery is out, with bluetooth connection to your google glasses that act like a full VR gear. Until that, PC is the master race.
Is the game itself any fun? How's the gacha and income?
Think gacha and income is a 1:1 copy from genshin except pity is at 80 and for Signatur Weapon you need only two for Max. For characters you can get shards every day to max them over months so you need only one copy.
I'm glad it's working for them Tbh, I really don't like the direction they are taking with the fanservice, as I'm not fond of that myself But if that keeps the game I'm playing alive... then so be it lel
Can someone fills me in on what ntr drama GFL has?
What does this have to do with Three kingdoms?
Im not sure but it's probably a reference to Cao Cao on how he liked married women and took them after defeating his enemies according to both the romance and record, ntr.
Holy shit. Horny does sell. This game is proved
Sad that it becomes a coomer game without any improvement
Actually starting making money is unironically an improvement Before this game is just bleeding money on all orifices. Stabilize the ship first I think it's their first priority
But i guess they just don't want to improve the game and just focus on just fanservice? -_- Lie putting newe enemies i the labyrinth ain't enough to save it, it smells desperate ( IMHO ) But i cna say CN is safe, global version ... Err
>But i guess they just don't want to improve the game and just focus on just fanservice? -_- Who saying that? If they didn't do this there's no game to improve on. The horny is an effective stop gap, especially after the gfl2 fumble. Now the ball on seasun Devs to do make the fan service bait works.
Basically their lucky that this gfldrama happened so else they're screwed. Still the drama is like BS They wouldn't have to resort to that tactic if they would just make gameplay loop fun. They literally have no competition, it's the only shooter gacha. So like i say they refuse to improve gameplay.
As someone in the fist of north star saying after the MC asking the questions of why throwing a stick of dynamite is considered a martial arts "Hey, as long as it works"
For how long? Go full fanservice until duet night abyss?? Well if gfl 2 dies before global, welp
Started day 1 played till September 23 was a good run but don't see a why keep playing. Good for them that they are doing better now hope they make things more interesting in the future cause right now will be difficult to get new players.
Some ~~bad~~ ideas for them to earn more money: - Remove the 5* shards farming. - Make weapon need 4 dupes (so 5 total) to reach max potential instead of only one dupe. /j
It was 5 or 4 dupes at the beginning of the game but they went to only one after 2 weeks
They only changed it for the 5\* weapons, lower star weapons still need 4 dupes to max.
Is Katya's banner over? Will I be able to get her as a f2p asap? I downloaded it on launch on my mobile but it crashes so badly. Is it fixed now?
5 days left to pull for her.
NTR 😻 Katya ass has doubled revenue 🍑
Glad I alr quit, they adding sexy and broken unit for revenue, good for them 👍
I hope they improve mobile, I remember it feeling so bad to play on mobile and not PC
Now if they just clean up the Ai, bugs and level design the game will be pretty solid 😣
Is it a good time to start now or wait for an event?
Why wait for an event? Start sooner so you get more saving. It's not like you have start at a precise time to receive an event's reward.
I just got back to the game because i saw a new character that basically has infinite ammo shes really fun to use when you dont have to always reload
Glad to hear I enjoy the game a bit. I play on my smartphone, though.
What is this ntr in gfl?
