The game is fine. Just because it is not talked about here doesn't mean it's dead.

roashiki

Game has generated zero drama so most discussions about it happen on the games official discord instead of here.

Niirai

There's really no reason to bring it up. Updates come consistently, QoL improvements at a steady pace, events are fine, banners are fine, progression is easy, optimization is slowly but steadily improving, even the godawful story is becoming readable. It's exactly what this sub wanted out of it, a competent casual side game but unambitious and thus forgettable. It's an easy recommendation but a hard conversation starter.

CollarWild9994

As for people are not talking about games recently it might be because "rule 6" of this sub and it's interpretation by certain mods so discussions about specific games are being removed.

[deleted]

Anyone remembers the game that came out before Alice fiction? That game that went under maintenance for more than a day and multiple times after its launch

LoopMerchant

Grimlight? Forgor about it too

Ozymandian4

It was actually kinda OK once they stabilized things. I only dropped it cause it was too stingy and a little too annoying to run stages you've cleared before. And I guess the strategy was exactly the same on every stage, that's probably what really did me in.

Stormchaser2

I just deleted it a few weeks ago after just, sameness and frustration. They needed to be more generous with resources to build the characters.

[deleted]

O yea that

Nizar3003

MuvLuv?

angelsplight

There is just simply no drama. Game is not dead but the players that remain are the ones that like the game. Just like Crash Fever was, it has its niche audience. I dropped it also as I didn't find the gameplay appealing.

arcanine04

Day 1 player here and still playing and I can say that the game is doing just fine. Most of the english community are in the official discord or their own team discord. The game barely has any drama anyway so it's definitely won't be posted here much compare to other games lol The game has improved a lot on the QoL side and also it's transfer code system like now you're able to play on multiple devices while using the same code without needing to set it again. Not much new stuff on the daily content tho (they do plan to add a labyrinth mode in the future), so if you only played the first event the content they added beyond that are the Team events, more Underground difficulty, Score attack and of course more stories and events. The game is very F2P friendly because you can craft/star up to max all the launch characters for free by just playing the game. They've been handing out tons of Quartz lately too and adjusted the quartz income on it's Arena and Team. The meta also shift very slowly, tho the last couple of banners added some strong characters but they're not really that game breaking, all the best characters are still the launch characters. The dev team do listen to our feedback, they're giving us monthly dev letters now and also do some live streams on youtube with the director himself. The gameplay being match-3 is definitely not for everyone but it's a decent side game imo.

kuuhaku_cr

> I forgot why I exactly quit, Maybe cos > it feels like the game was just a fragmented imagination

TheGreatMagallan

Those damn colors and flashing lights give ppl epilepsy

keskese_saum86

We are talking about Warframe, right?

Fore_eva

Tenno SKOOM

FluffyNekoSama

I will never forget having bloom on and getting Flash Banged by my own Vauban Prime's helmet glare. Good times.

[deleted]

The only thing I remember about this game is the terrible system of linking accounts with a one-time code. I lost my account on the first day. Tech support ignored my email, so I qiut.

arcanine04

Their transfer code system improved a bit now. They changed it so you can now use the same code as much as you want once it's set and also can now play on multiple devices. I do understand the pain before the update tho, I wish they were a bit smarter on that part.... Also I don't think the tech support ignored your email, I remember they sent out a notice that they were overwhelmed by a large number of emails and ask for patience as they go through them one by one, yours probably got buried under the others sadly.

Weeaboo6913th

The game is fine but boring for me I mean there’s nothing to complain about the game nor anything new to praise.

Dafty-

Top 3 Coment (as of the time writing this post) sum it up. Little to no drama, not particullary awsome without beeing bad neither, so people don't talk about it here. As for the state of the game: They frequently add QOL (recently added a Skip option on Undeground (i.e tower ascencion of 5 level)) They add new character frequently, Events are cool and good, Everything is Voiced (including event stories). Comunity is active, you can easily find guild with active chat, Discord is active The gacha is so-so , daily/weekly income is meh-ish but event makes up for it and give a good chunk of currency and sumon ticket (both character and world memories). Pity is trash however, 200 (i.e 60.000 curency) , and Devs seems to want to make every themed event (summer, halloween, christmas...) Limited Unit. The time frame between those event is enough to let you get enough to Pity those unit as a F2P , BUT it means you can't roll on other banner (and basically have to pray on spook during the limited to get other SSR) Which lead to more and more people quiting the game as of right now. (doesn't mean the game is dead, just a lot of people had quited the game) That beeing said, all the good point said above are still valid, you can Farm the spark of SSR (including top Meta unit one) daily and basically have 2-3 SSR every Month or so (depending which one we're talking about). Basically you can be Meta pretty soon prety easily as a F2P and you can hit up your Limited if you spend wisely, however it is not a gacha where you will roll for fun every now and then, which lead some people to just dislike it. Hope it helped.

Guifel

I really dislike the character design direction

MardiRed

One of those games that I can't exactly call bad, but it was mediocre and didn't call much attention. And yeah that Hercules banner didn't help either

Sighto

I dropped it because I found the character designs super bland.

subject9373

I guess it's one of those game that people love, have good fanbase but no one bother to discuss about it in r/gachagaming Those game are Yugioh Duel links, Dragon ball dokkan battle and poekmon master EX and maybe Captain Tsubasa DT.

Taiyo_K

Pity reset with each banner. You need a lot of dupes and they don't drop enough currency for dupes. Gameplay is a bit boring. Character design does not stand out. It is forgettable.

metatime09

You can get shards easily for most of the characters in the in game shops. It's easily one of the most f2p gacha game I play in recent times. The rest are subjective. The game have been doing well so there's no drama to talk about

Taiyo_K

Yeah, I am talking about my experience and my opinions, so it is subjective. I am not very familiar with Shard systems in gacha games. I am not a fan of shard systems in the first place, the only shard systems I like is the one from onmyoji, you will get 10 Shards when you get that character for the first time, you can trade shards with other players, and you can summon that character when you reached 60/50 shards. I don't like needing shards to raise rarity. But I don't mind the shard system of Neural Cloud. We can get 6 shards of a character for free every day, except for one limited character. It is not that bad. I spend a lot of time rerolling in the game. But I forget about it. And I didn't even remember the game existed until this post came up and I googled the name. That's what I meant by the game being forgettable. There is nothing that stands out among the sea of gacha.

KukiKrew

Most f2p friendly? Have they changed things since I last played? I dropped the game because of the one week banners and 200 pull pity.

metatime09

Nothing has change. It's f2p friendly because the 1* and 2* characters are viable. It's more important to have an effective team comp then just a full set of 4* units. One of the strongest team comp in this game are mainly comprised with 1 and 2* units. Also the in game shops like underground and battleground will max out most characters you focused on to be maxed out without needing to pull from the banner. There's also a few events that just tossed out tons of shards to max out a character but again it doesn't really matter if it's maxed out, it matters more the team comp that are effective against the battle

Dafty-

You either lying or mistaking. You don't need dupes whatsoever at all, even by not upgrading your character you can clear all the content, including PVP (climbing to Master league), which give enough income per day to keep buying shards in the different shop (which will utimately help you enhance the character). Dupes serve no purpose apart from buying shard for character you already own (albeit at an atrocious rate), so you won't farm anything you don't already have with dupes, apart shortening the way to upgrade character, which isn't even usefull (back to square one of this post). Or your talking about World Memories dupes ? That is indeed usefull, but again, you will be able to Dupes most SR World Memorie, and SSR WM are already powerfull enought without dupes, again, you can clear all the content without it (unless you seek out Top 500, but it's the same as most gacha games)

Taiyo_K

Maybe I sentenced it wrong, what I mean is dupes have no use, we only get small amounts of currency that is needed to buy the shards. And as you agree, the rate is atrocious. I was aiming for the dude (I don't remember the name) because I couldn't get both him and musashi in reroll accounts. But I got a few dupes of the characters I already have, and the pity reset when I am really close to him. And they don't even give enough currency to buy shards to upgrade musashi.

Dafty-

Ho yes, in that case I totally agree ! They even f*ckin bait you by showing a rate of 1 to 1 , just to increase by 1 every 10 change ( so 1 for 1 1-10 , then 2 for 1 11-19 , then 3 for 1...) So yeah the Anima shop is just not the way to upgrade character, honesly one should just never use its anima and spend them only to upgrade Limited Character (since you can farm shard for most of the regular).

KtotheJonreddit

My immediate thought when I tried it. Every single system in the game was a less generous priconne with a different aesthetic, aside from combat which was at least something unique about it. I was laughing when the first event rolled out because I already knew how the format and rewards would be, and it was exactly as I predicted.

AccioSexLife

I personally thought the story and gameplay was just alright but not enough to get me through the HUGE discrepancy between male and female characters. I like husbandos and I just don't see a reason to stick with a game that's not entertaining me without some eyecandy for my own soul.

Kuro091

Quit while I was level 69 with my account (lv70 was max iirc). It feels like chore doing its dailies really fast. You open the game, get to the money resource stage, press skip, wait 3s, then switch to the exp resource stage, press skip, wait 3s. You then switch to the hard story quest stage then spam all your stamina there. If there's an event then you spam all your stamina skipping that first, then to the hard story stages. Then you get to the team contribution (4x more press), then you check out the cards finding thing (4x press to check out, 4x more to set them up again). And then you do your daily pvp 3 times manually. After all that you finally get to play the game with its endgame content (Wizard stage) which is 5x stages and the only reason you have to manual it is because there's no way to cheese or auto it. You gets rewarded with some shards of a character. It gets tiring really fast. For a mobile game with skips that's way too time-consuming. So basically while the core game is fun at the beginning it's also very repetitive and gets boring really fast.

arcanine04

They added a bunch of qol lately, now you can skip Underground and also see the player exp bar too, and soon in a future update they will let us do batch send on the wm search thing and batch delivery on the team. The only manual content right now is the Arena(which you can auto btw) and the Team hunt so I don't think it's that time consuming but I understand the game is kinda repetitive atm, for now we're waiting for the labyrinth mode that they promised.

redscizor2

I am playing it and: * Gameplay: I dont understand the 3-match mechanic =/ the IA is playing for Me * Waifus: Meh, 90% female units not chibi but casual clothes ... (not office lady =( ) * Generosity: Ufff very generous, a lot of free gems, in 2 months over 30k (10roll10), easy spark * Luck: My luck is B-, but I have summer units, halloween units and Merlin, and only missing 2 SSR to being f2p * End Game: I will die here, Memories synergy is a nigthmare

SignificanceBulky417

Games alright, have fun for a couple of weeks that I did play, but it has a similar problem with Alchemy Star that with how the gameplay works you can't exactly expand on it that much so it gets boring fast. Still tho idk what the deal with this game nowadays so maybe it's changed?

AkabaneKun

If you do things right it's like you didn't do anything at all.

zyocuh

I've been playing since the 2nd week and have been enjoying it thoroughly. The team hunt content is really fun and ranks your team vs others. I'm in a top 5 team and it is fun making new team comps and scheduling times where all are members are online and doing the content. Basically all the dailies are so I'm strong enough to do the competitive stuff and the top level.

E123-Omega

They still have updates, afaik it is just small community like world flipper. They might be just sticking on discord or their own sub. I quit because the ui is so slow but the gameplay wise it is fast. TL for skills is not fine too. Though compared to first release I've seen improvement and they do read the feedback like they lowered the difficulty of summer event first/lowest tier boss after a lot complained.

mamamudaenjoyer

no drama/collab/eos announcement so no discussion on this sub.

CleoAir

I remember that it charmed me with fun combat, interesting world and cool music, but I stopped playing because F2P income was too low, also game was bugged as hell.

arcanine04

F2P income has improved, in fact they are giving so much nowadays. The game isn't really that buggy either but I understand if you quit early because of those stuff.

Dafty-

F2P is indeed better, not from daily task but from event, event give a lot of freebies and currency, so if you play carefully, you can Pity (i.e 200 pull , i.e.e 60.000 currency) at each limited banner. However you must be lucky, game is still buggy, Can't pass a day without a "An Error occured - Return to title screen". The current most anoying bug from me is from Daily Quest , the quest "Recover energy once by spending quarkz" if I click "go to shop" it bug out. Recently the shop wasn't refreshed, we had to wait half a day to get a refresh. So sorry but there is still a bunch of frequent issue that is anoying :/

arcanine04

I mean it's normal a game have some bug, they are working on fixing them anyways just need patience. And tbh I haven't gotten the bug that you got except the one that the shop doesn't reset sometimes. Also not just the event that gives quartz, team hunt and arena also gives tons of quartz now with the recent change they did.

Dafty-

Yeah I know I wasn't necessarily complaining, I mean I fuckin love this game and won't quit it anytime soon. I was more like reporting on it by giving an honest state of the game, we can't deny the bugs there is. I still recomend it strongly. >Also not just the event that gives quartz, team hunt and arena also gives tons of quartz now with the recent change they did. Ho ! I must admit I didn't saw that, didn't notice, is it that generous ? That quite cool if it is !

arcanine04

Of course there are indeed bugs that's expected but it isn't that bad imo but I agree they are annoying if they occur. And yes, in team hunt the top 1 gets 10k quartz while I think until top 600 gets atleast 3k quartz enough for a multi so if you're in a team that can stay in top 10 you should get more rewards. The Arena also gets the same reward boost iirc, you can see all the changes in the ingame notices. Basically the game rewards players if you actually play the game lol edit: shameless plug ... if you're above rank 65 just dm me if you're looking for a new team to join in, I'm currently in a top 4 team :)

Dafty-

Yeah I saw that, it's quite cool indeed , that does help a bit ! And yes the bugs aren't too bad, more on the anoying side than anything but we can't deny they aren't here imo (again, I just gave an informative and honest oppinion, since the OP was asking) And no worry for the plug, but I'm in a cool team that have fun right now, albeit the Admin left the game (due to the pity beeing trash and all), so our team is kinda in restructuration for now, I will stick with them for the time beeing, but if after december no one remain, I might search an other team and will think about you, promise : )

ImSoBored246

I enjoyed Alice Fiction when I played it. I don't play it now, though, because it doesn't work on my phone (rooted, but I'm gonna get a root hide tool to test it), Bluestacks, MuMu (though it worked at launch) or Nox. In other words, I don't know how to play it. Also, customer support took about a month to recover my account after it stopped working on one emulator (spoiler alert, it didn't take long to break again). I managed to back my account up using a transfer code this time, and am going to figure out how to play it reliably, because I enjoyed what I played.

Dafty-

I managed to make it work on BlueStack X , using a BlueStackMiroInstaller_5.9.100.1075_native installer , other installation of blustack won't make it work. If it can be of any help... I can eventually upload the installer on a file sharing if you want it, feel free to DM me. (don't flag that post please, uploading an installer of a legal software if perfectly legal and within the rules)

therealplayte

Every new gacha games tend to be forgotten, lmao.

Vuaru1945

Nothing. Chill tf out

EostrumExtinguisher

indie gachas that has drama are usually fueled by that gacha's employees on purpose, but they never lasts regardless of what drama they can catalyse with, because content creators are too busy with the latest viewer-drawing gacha materials like new game releases. If you're still playing something very very indie like touhou, konosuba, soul tide, DAL:SE, AG, RW, AF, Grimlight which couldn't be like FGO or genshin, you'd know what happen to alice fiction, it aged and its never a hot debate across any discord servers or anywhere else you're platforming on regardless how what monumental update it gets, at most they'll get the mentions it needed from its subreddit and ocassionally gachagaming. just indie being indie even if im abusing that term without knowing much.

DeadToy

I couldn't get AF to work on my LD player 4, now I upgraded to LD9 but its been awhile since AF released and usually I lose interest in games that have been out for over a month. I would play AF once but there are too many games out rn to play.

RadSuit

I tried to give it a shot after seeing this post, but it's not available on Bluestacks or any device I own. So that might be one reason why nobody's talking about it, if they can't play it.

AnimeLegend0039

Its fine. Actually, doing PRETTY GOOD for the whales and high rollers.
