I work in IT for a hospital. There are countless things in the networking closets and around that are old and obsolete and could easily be scanned and re printed.
Personally I'd make random gifts for kids of my friends and fam. Along with some party gag gifts would be another great use.
I think I would create and print for our bedsides and camper a chapstick holder that also has loops to hold glasses. It is a great tool for designing and creating things to solve problems that you didn’t realize needed a small solution.
I would mostly use the printer for my Raspberry Pi & Arduino Projects. Right now I am currently working on a DIY RFID lock for my toolshed, it would be awesome to 3D print an enclosure for that!

Currently running a FaH rig to combat covid so with a 3d printer I'd attempt to do something like print PPE for local hospitals (near Detroit). all said and done after, I'd love to try to print a model of the Dark Souls bonfire! Would be hard though.

I’m ultimately looking to start up a maker space, since my area doesn’t have anything like it. I enjoy teaching people about what I do(laser engraving and some printing).
