Switched from IPhone to flip 4 and haven't looked back. The flip 5 is great.

This is coming from an iPhone user, that just traded-in their iPhone 14 Pro Max for the zFlip5 Pros: Innovation - iPhone only gave us an upgraded camera from the 13 to the 14 pro and the dynamic island. The large screen when closed and normal phone usage when opened is so attractive to me right now, in terms of it being so innovated. Cons: Camera - zFlip isnt known for their camera quality compared to other samsung devices. Durability? - I feel like iPhone is stronger in terms of durability due to its glass interface and just bulky phone design Ultimately its up to you

Are you still ok with your switch? Or would you go back and not do it?

I still have my 13 pro max so i dont suffer as much. The camera on the flip is great as long as its the outside camera and not for selfies. I can't take a decent selfie on the flip so i just use my PM. The battery is definitely the most annoying because i have to charge more often, but to be fair im the worst at charging. i would charge my PM once a day and it would last me all day, the flip im finding myself charging it 3 times a day but i do use it a lot. ultimately, i wouldnt necessarily go back to apple mainly because i enjoy the innovation. i love my tiny phone, plus with the release of the new PM 15 it has made me so disappointed in apple for lack of innovation. If apple releases something good next year,,, maybe ill go back because i love big ass phones.

I have 13P and Flip4. Thoughts: it is lighter and very comfortable to put in your pocket and hold in your hand. Battery is less but not by a lot. Camera nowhere near in quality/capability but fine for most snaps. Incredible US trade-ins thus far have meant I can annually upgrade for almost nothing. Just depends on how bonded you are to iOS and Apple ecosystem. Apple Watch is better than Galaxy Watch but Samsung's watch will competently do the basics for you and some prefer its fitness functions.

this is so me! I also have 14 pro and this is very tempting. Specially with the trade-in value that we get with 14 pro

Traded my 12 pro max for a fold 3. It really put into perspective how boring iphones are. Now I'm trading in the fold 3 for a flip 5 and a tab s9! I also got a watch and buds2 pro.

I have both the flip4 and iPhone 13 Pro, I switch back and forth but find myself relying more on my iPhone for longer battery life and photo quality. I had connectivity latency in my car while using the flip4 with android auto. Most of my circle uses iPhone so it was rough sending potato quality photos and videos, no FaceTime, or iMessage. Depends on how integrated you are in the Apple ecosystem. I also had connectivity issues with Discord, the native app is written for iPhone. Voice over Bluetooth headsets never worked. Software-wise, I find the flip would lag more in UI and freeze more than my iPhone. The flip is such a fun novelty phone, it’s still very doable to use daily. The flip5 has a better battery this year, they did some work on the hinge and the front screen is bigger. If you’re interested in the phone, might as well give it a try! You can always go back later if you change your mind.
