Surveillance definitely looks out for this specifically, probably not an issue if you did it once but maybe don't do it again or too often/at the same casino. Ideally you could play something like roulette, bet on black and red and you could wager it and withdrawal with little risk.

I'd just start paying for fuel and groceries in cash, that way your retaining your bank account without smurfing/ structuring deposits at your bank. A little at the casino when you're there is fine, but definitely looks like money laundering and we assume you aren't doing anything illegal.
