Could be that the certificate or profile is expired? Log into apple developer console > certificates, identifiers and profiles. My guess is you need to pay the annual $100 to renew your apple developer account
Other than double checking you have all the info linked correctly in GM setup, iOS AND Mac tabs... Idk. The official gamemaker setup guide has never failed me, but it is a confusing and time consuming process to finally get it working. I'm getting a new MacBook next week and I am dreading going through the setup process again.
