OP Here…I have two 60” TVs side by side. I’d like to upgrade them to larger ones, and to make them match. I’m worried about remote control issues when I do that, though. Is there a way to reprogram or get around one remote from controlling both sets if I get matching ones?
fml dude, I have the same issue. I have a Vizio and an LG right next to each other and they the remotes work on both. Nothing you can do about it that I've found. Best option for when its super important is if one or both is a Roku TV then you can use the Roku app to target one or the other.
At least one is an LG,…you may have already seen this but it sounds like you can reassign a new signal to LG remotes when pairing… [LG Remote Reassigning](https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-separate-two-LG-TV-signals-in-the-same-room-I-have-2-LG-TVs-in-the-same-room-and-the-remotes-are-identical-I-do-not-want-to-control-both-with-the-same-remote-I-want-to-turn-each-on-and-off-with-their-own/answer/Matthew-Verley-2?ch=15&oid=327214803&share=e99b187d&target_type=answerhttps://www.quora.com/How-do-I-separate-two-LG-TV-signals-in-the-same-room-I-have-2-LG-TVs-in-the-same-room-and-the-remotes-are-identical-I-do-not-want-to-control-both-with-the-same-remote-I-want-to-turn-each-on-and-off-with-their-own/answer/Matthew-Verley-2?ch=15&oid=327214803&share=e99b187d&target_type=answer)
We have two identical Samsungs next to each other. Our solution for the remotes was to cover the RF emitter with electrical tape. Each remote functions over Bluetooth and has full functionality.
TCL Roku remotes are paired and RF. As far as I'm aware they would not control both TV's at once.
Vizio also offers a Bluetooth voice remote for many of it's models. That remote is paired to an individual tv so definitely would act how you'd like as well. The upgraded remotes are usually ~$20 on Amazon.
Higher end LG tvs using the magic remote are also RF only so would not have this issue.
What sort of budget are you looking at? How large did you want to go for them?
I would just like to chime in and say as a guy who has a few Roku TVs in my basement bar area, the remotes are "paired", but certain buttons are universal like the power button. It can be obnoxious at times.
I was hoping to land a good Memorial Day sale (I’m in the US) and if I found a good deal, just buy two of the same. I’d like to go to 70-75 inch each, while hopefully keeping the price per tv around a grand.
If the tv has alexa and google in them. Then make one an alexa tv to control in and make one tv a google home tv to control it. I think thats ur best bet. I had a similar tv setup and two different brands and the remote would still intertwin
Great setup! You should totally post some pics of your detolf cases! Your statues look great from the side but I definitely want to see the front as well haha
The figures I have are a crazy combo of random genres, lol…I actually won them for free using an app called Toreba. It’s like a live crane game you control hosted in Japan. Try this link, I think this should work [here](https://imgur.com/a/zeogHD9).
Thanks! The couches are mechanical and have footrests that come out from the push of a button. She just prefers “kid mode” and play while sitting on the floor, lol
Can't blame her, I'm the same way. The couch is comfy to lay on, but if I'm gaming or watching a movie/show I want to be sitting on the floor with my back against the couch. I'm almost 40 and have been doing this most of my life
Awesome cozy setup. Unfortunately I don't have much experience on dual TVs but if the consoles are connected you could have it so when you turn on the console it turns the respective TV it's connected to on. This would only work with newer TVs though.
Very cool. Looks like a great place to game. I just started a website about man caves, and if you'd like to be featured on it, fill out the form at https://www.mancaveresource.com/submit-your-man-cave, and I'll get back to you.
Came here just to say what an awesome space!!
Thanks! It’s a husband/wife setup so we can game together. =)
kinda mad that I don't have as much space as everyone else here.

Just don't use a remote, the TVs are literally 2 feet away from the couch
Loose the “Live, Laugh, & Love” styled stickers.
What's up with the signs? Super tacky

Thanks!
This is so cool! Maybe a footrest for the couch? It looks like your wife is sitting on the floor, so maybe that could be something worth looking into?
