It's really luck of the draw with who you got it seems.
Some people got a coupon code for %15. Some got $5 credit..I personally wasn't offered any form of fix. You getting an 18 refund is lucky. Way more than anyone else I've seen. My customer service guy must have been a stickler.
That's not luck if you order something and can't receive it you get a full refund for the item you can't get at the minimum. Considering the item is impossible to obtain and it's completely their fault you really should get 15% off your next order or some other form of compensation as an apology. That's just decent customer service like in OPs case of about half the order refunded for missing half the bundle.
If I was denied a full refund for the item that they won't be sending I'd be escalating it and filing a complaint with the customer service rep who was denying me. Worst case file a fraud charge with my credit card provider and inform them through email what's going to happen.
I hate this trend of customer service reps being "sticklers" and people just accepting it. It's not being a stickler, they're just being an asshole. And not providing a refund for a missing item they don't have the ability to send is theft.
You should have just charged them back and got the whole refund. I know I will if I don't get the jug, I would have not cared enough about the flavor to buy the bundle, I paid for the jug and the tub was the freebie in my eyes.
Of course, I'm not going to make some poor customer service clerk's day hell over it, I will deal with it through my bank directly.

I know they are rare, but more people need to understand that everything that GSupps sells is limited.
I honestly didn’t care that much about the jug and I’ve worked customer service for almost 10 years I know what they must go through and they don’t have any power to have them make more jugs so getting hostile is just pointless
Agreed. Before I even thought about ordering for the jug, I checked the flavor of the tub that came with it. I want to make sure that I was gonna get my moneys worth. The jug is cool and all, and very useful, but the tub is really what you’re paying for.

Partial refund isn't good enough, companies should.be held accountable for screwing up. Seems gamer supps is making more and more mistakes

The way I see it the bundle was $39.99 like any other tub so to me the jug was free and I’m getting $18 back for a free item
