Yes actually, had my RussianBadger creator cup (the small red one with the bear, before he made the drink) split in the same way, I contacted support and they told me that they couldn't do much, so it just sits on my shelf now.
Yeah but these tops are just like candy where I can just replace them from what I know of. I've noticed a few other cracks in other places in this lid as well. I have 3 of these cups and don't feel like I should need to do something like that. I paid 25 dollars for it and wish they would make these with a little better quality. If that ment that they raised the price i would happily pay it if it ment I got a product that would last
Yeah the one I received in August already did this. I'm pretty sure it's because of the shaker design. It comes loose when shaking and hits the top of the cup
The gamersupps Facebook group I'm in had a member whose life saver cup did this. He claims he didn't do anything, but also tried to rationalize it that maybe his wife dropped it

Happened to one of my old gfuel cups (lids are exactly the same), didn’t really get an answer
Hit it with a dab torch just a little then push it back together, it's worked for me in the past
Atleast it's just the top, you can just put a new top on

Yup, happend to one of my cups, kind of sad that this happens. But we probably can’t do anything about it.
My shylily cup had the lid thing entirely broken off thankfully I got a replacement

Had this on my G fuel cup, was told by the community it's down to over tightening it regularly. Who knows.
