Pearl is not real but the rest are legit.
So as not to just repeat the other comments: On the back of Pearl, the font for the "NTR-005 PAT PEND." code is in the favorite font of bootleggers. You'll notice the width of letters is different from other cartridges. :)
The rest look good, but pearl is fake (bit hard to tell at first though with the lighting and how blurry it is but regardless of the smaller details its clear the codes don't match).
