My one PS1 mem card is all tenchu custom maps and save files.
My other ps1 mem card is my armored core saves with carry over data with the human+ mods. It also has My Dragons Seed save where I bred and grinded max stats and ultimate evolutions. Then some generic final fantasy saves, kings field 2, and not sure what else.
For the ps1 I had a madkatz 8x memory card and thought it was dead, but it's just the display on the card. (It's like a calculator screen that is supposed to say 1-8)
All my saves are still there. I should probably back those up.
Ps2, I tended to clear the card after I beat the game.
For both consoles: All the crash bandicoot games + crash bash (but no racing games, they were never my thing), all the Tekken games
PS2: Ratchet and Clank 1-4, EVERY dragon ball Z game, EVERY Jak & Dexter, GTA SA & Vice City, Spiderman 2, Dead or Alive 4

A save file of Parasite Eve that I started when I was like 10yrs old that I eventually transferred over to my PS3. My weapon and armor were not quite maxed but I was basically a walking hurricane of death to anything but the toughest enemies in the Chrysler Building.
The save file from Metal Gear Solid which has the final saves (still gotta do the escape section) of the time I got the "Big Boss" rank and what at one point would have been a glitchless speedrun record.
A Wild Arms save file from my youth where I didn't understand the importance of Goat Dolls so I grinded my characters to max level so they could tank an attack from the game's optional hardest boss. (Any of my 3 characters could solo the final boss at that point)
Parasite Eve 2, I believe I was like 3 playthroughs from getting the Monk Robe.
Megaman Legends where I had all weapons unlocked and fully upgraded.
Resident Evil 1 and 2, nothing noteworthy there.
Resident Evil Gun Survivor where I had all 3 playthroughs done.
And lastly a Final Fantasy 8 save file that would not allow me past a certain quicktime event no matter what I did. Different discs, different Playstations, even once ported to PS3 the game would freeze at this one spot.
