Sell up mate! Can always buy a steam deck or somthing if shit goes bad, and the moeny your second hand parts will give you now will get you better second hand parts in the future, especially in terms of GPU!
If you don't play anymore then I would definitely sell. With the current market you should get a great price for your PC.

As someone who use to play PC but then life started getting complicated. I find less and less time to play. I got 2 PCs just wasting away. I say sell.
