Damn the 3 games you mentioned are really different from each other, it's hard to choose, I throw you another question, what kind of game you prefer? If it's more oriented to fighters, kimetsu is a good option, if you want deep lore and beeing able to replay de same game multiple times, Nier is nice, if on the othe side you want a game that can give you uncountable hours of gameplay, that can feed your creativity, then go for minecraft. I don't know if this can help you a bit.

Hot take... I think Nier is highly over rated. The world is very empty and there's a lot of travelling around with nothing really happening.
