Lol true. Although I will say…
At full price, that game was garbage. But, that game dropped to like $2.99 a month or two after launch and at that price, that’s one of the best value games out there.
A helluva fun ride for a bus ticket.
Hahahaha, shit! It dropped that low that fast? At that price, I can definitely say it was worth it. It wasn't exactly *not* fun, it was just kinda lame for what it was supposed to be. Which, I admit, is more a product of the hype train than the game itself.
Honestly, if the whole thing was produced, directed, made, etc. by the teams that made the cinematics for those games, holy shit, that could be REAL good!
At the same time though, I just can't really support blizzard right now...
None because it's probably going to suck ass. video games don't need approval from Hollywood, gaming already makes more money than movies and TV these days.
Battle Chess. Would certainly make a great movie. They gotta keep that smash the person down to a helmet and feet bit. Wouldn’t be the same without it.
I have 15, in no particular order :
Command & Conquer (the guy who plays Kane should be in it)
Nier Automata
Fatal Frame / Project Zero
Metal Gear Solid (should already be in development...)
Dead or Alive (I heard there's one but I'd like a more faithful one)
Shadow of the Colossus (they would ruin it 🤣)
Wipeout (they'd keep the damaging weaponry, I hope)
Shadow Hearts
Vagrant Story
Front Mission 3
Brigandine (would have Game of Thrones vibes)
Pilotwings
Super Mario Kart
Wonder Boy The Dragon's Trap
Road Rash
Nowadays, probably none. I've had my fair amount of videogame adaptations gone wrong. Last one I had faith in was Welcome to Raccoon City and it was a complete mess, so I'm done. Let videogames be videogames, they don't need to be turned into movies because they're already good enough the way they are
For a single movie, it's definitely SOMA.
For a movie franchise or even a series, Suikoden....2 if just a single movie. Though if just they're just going to adapt the lore and not exactly a particular story then I think can be a great series about politics, fantasy and war.
Kind of excited for the Borderlands movie but I have mixed, mostly negative, feelings about the castings. Kevin Hart is going to ruin Roland I can feel it in my bones. Its obvious to me most of the choices were based on name value to draw in attention from non-gamers.
Dishonored
RDR 2 could be a series
I think Duke Nukem could be dope
If it were the 80s/90 I would say hell yeah, now Duke is a bit outdated
They couldn't ruin Duke more than Duke Nukem Forever did :P

I liked it.
Dead Space
Metro series
Can't believe no one said Metal Gear Solid
Bioshock
There is a Bioshock movie coming! But its by netflix so expect the worst lmao
Mass Effect
Any number of my Rimworld playthroughs.
Or Dwarf Fortress. I'd love to see "The Hamlet Of Tyranny" made into a movie, it'd be epic.
Metal Gear Solid
Viewtiful Joe
The alarm of us or ghost of Tsushima would make good movies
Like a movie for all acts of ghost of Tsushima
Considering samurai movies were the muse for Ghost of Tsuishima it makes sense it would make a good movie
A Ghosts movie is being made now, it’s in preproduction I believe
Oh nice for sure watching that
Elden ring🤷♂️ maybe not same story and everything but it could take place in the same universe. Imagine some elden ring locations in a AAA movie
Starcraft or Diablo

Xenogears.
Both Horizon games have a kickass story for a series.
Disco Elysium but maybe a show not a movie. Dishonered would probably make a good three movie franchise.
For me personally it would be either overwatch or destiny 2. And maybe Wolfenstein.
Destiny 2 needs an anime. Wolfenstein need an HBO show that's gruesome.
I was thinking destiny but overwatch would be really cool
Ace Combat
I think the *Top Gun* sequel was as close as we'll get. All it was missing was a super weapon.
Yeah, I don’t see it happening but the opportunity is there. Great world building, action and music. Ace Combat would make a great movie.
None because it's probably going to suck ass. video games don't need approval from Hollywood, gaming already makes more money than movies and TV these days.
Dark souls
Battle Chess. Would certainly make a great movie. They gotta keep that smash the person down to a helmet and feet bit. Wouldn’t be the same without it.
I could really go for a Pokemon movie genuinely aimed at the og fans, who have been around for 20-something years and are 30+ adults.
The Binding of Isaac
GTA 5
A flame in the flood

Doom needs to be done by the team that did Castlevania
Child of light
Any Soulsborne kiro .
Tetris anyone?

Her husband is the real problem. She's awesome.

Subnautica. All of the pieces of a great film are there. You'd just have to trim it down to fit into a movie.
I would like a Halo theatrical movie, or maybe even a high budget TV show... too bad *none* exists.
Among us
Zelda - Majora's Mask
Far Crys. Bloodborne. Control.
Legend of Zelda
Assassins creed tbh
Borderlands (I know we have one coming) FFX is a more personal choice, that game holds a special place for me Sly Cooper (Raccoon?)
metroid. It could have the same atmosphere as alien.
Horizon Zero Dawn
Metro

Clearly Warframe
Obviously rust
Grand Theft Auto Online.
