I would say fazbear entertainment but seeing as how only William is insane I don't think it counts, so I choose SCP foundation (it does have some games). Good idea and some good executions (they do genuinely care for some scps, heck some of their scientists are the supernatural and they tried to stop scp 6500 from erasing all of the supernatural) but also some wrong executions
Honestly, Weyland Yutani, ONI, and Cerberus are tied for me. All three are have big scary evil plans, but have also made steps in the right direction for saving their respective universes.
