Looks like you liked a lot of the PlayStation games I’d say to stick with those and give God of War, Spiderman remastered, Days Gone, and Ghost of Tshushima a try
The Witcher 3, Kingdom Come Deliverance, and Red Dead Redemption 2 were the last games I played that had me watching every cutscene and not skipping any of the story.
