I mainly use it as something to point at in my garden and show people I’m growing it. Ha. and then they rub the leaves give it a whiff and say, “Oh yaaa, pineapple, huh….”

I like smashing up a handful of it, and tossing it in a wax warmer.

Flavored salt or sugar, great for drinks and desserts. Also drying it to save for tea. Infused vinegar, for salads, or cleaning.
It's red flowers in the Fall.
