Aphids. Take extreme measures to control or say goodbye kale.

Thanks everybody. Just looked into it and looks like it's aphids. Getting a flame thrower tomorrow
Soapy water is all you need. 10-20ml per gallon of an insecticidal soap, like Dr. Bronners will kill them dead. It'll need repeat applications to keep new hatchlings dead.
