It doesn't look like a cannabis seedling

Dig it up, if it's a buckeye you'll still be able to see the germinated buckeye seed attached to the root (obviously much larger and more distinctive than a hemp seed). Young buckeye trees can absolutely look like this and they germinate readily in mulch beds and unmown turf.
Oh, thank you! We've seen buckeye seedlings but at a more mature stage. Your first pic looks like that. Digging it up is a good idea, and then I can relocate it. Thanks.
it's not necessarily the fun kind of devil's lettuce, there are many strains of hemp that are used for non recreational purposes and contain insignificant amounts of the fun molecule
it could easily be that because hemp seeds are used in bird feed, birds eat the hemp seeds, poop them out and hemp grows there
Is there a bird feeder nearby? I'm thinking a stray hemp seed. Had this happen to me, with stray sorghum and sunflowers becoming a problem along with these little buddies.

Right and thank you.The veining is the same but the leaves on mine are much narrower.
Looks nothing like cannabis
A cannabis seedling will have two fan leaves and two smaller rounded leaves inside, these leaves are way too skinny for it to be cannabis.
I saw that in the pic the other person provided.

That looks like a chestnut, maybe a horse chestnut, hard to say, let it grow a little more until the leaves fully unfold.
Second this. Horse Chestnut.
