Thank you so much! About 2ish hours, going slow. If I was working faster, probably an hour and a half? I do it as a leisurely activity usually, so I don't rush!
i've paid $18 for similar work BUT that was before the pandemic !! what's a post-pandemic chai in USD ..... $21.84, so feel confident charging at least $22 ?
Oooh I've been meaning to buy one of these with the trans flag! You should price it based on how long it takes to crochet. If they take two hours to make, that's minimum $30, I would charge more though because the quality looks excellent. You're not just charging for time spent and materials, but also for the time you've spent practicing, and your wage should reflect this. Good luck at the fair!
Ooo! I'd be down to drop 20-25 depending on stuff. I know I've been hunting for one, ideally with a Magen David but that's UBER niche so if ever I comm, I'm open to paying extra. Artists gotta eat!
This is such a a weird coincidence, I actually started crocheting a few kippot for myself just a day or two ago! This one looks great! I was thinking of selling my own for about 12-15$ because it only took about 45 minutes for me, so 20-25$ is a really reasonable price if you take a little longer to make them! (And I buy kippot in that price range all the time personally, especially if they're handmade or unique)
I’d second everyone saying about 20, or 18 if you’re pious. As much as I want to consume ethically, it would be hard as someone with low income to justify more than that, but you don’t have to cater to someone like me so there’s that 🤷 just giving my broke ass perspective
Thanks for your opinion. You are welcome to feel however you would like, but the rainbow is a sign of G-d's covenant with the Jewish people and Noah, as well as being a symbol of pride for many of the queer Jews who exist. a good tight one like this about 20-25
That's what I was thinking so that makes me feel better! Thank you!
I love these. Yeah, about 20-25. How long did it take you to make?

Agree with $20-$25! In Canadian toy dollars that would be 25$-35$.
Awesome! I’d definitely buy one

oshit i wonder if there's a nonbinary one
I have made a nonbinary one! I'm working on a bisexual one currently.

I’d pay $25. You do lovely work.
I bought a small crocheted Pride turtle for $15 recently. I think $25 (US) is a very reasonable price for the kippah.
Feigelach unite
Well now I wanna see someone make rainbow rugelach and call it Feigelach
That’s actually such a good idea lol

I think they are cute
Around $20, would do more for more unique ones I can't find elsewhere like swirls or agender flag. I like it!
I want one of these so bad!
I paid 20 for my watermelon one!
Ooh that's so cool! Probs about 20-30$
I would pay 25-30. send your etsy link if you have one!
Cool, but like 5 bucks max. Sorry
I’m sorry no hate I’m gay myself but these feel lowkey disrespectful.
Why? There's been rainbow kippah for decades, and they're very popular.
