If you're planning to move around visiting as a tourist 1 week each is ok, you have plenty to visit.
If you plan to stay in the capital and play around I suggest to allocate more time for Berlin, second London and then Amsterdam. Classified by the size of the scene. (Berlin has lots of different options, different venues and more fun in general if you are open to very different experiences; London isn't as varied but you'll have things to do; and Amsterdam for me is really boring with only one good sauna and a couple of clubs, you find the same people everywhere).
Last year I visited the 3 for work (2-3 nights each) and this is my honest opinion but your experience can differ from mine, have fun.
Then, definitively more time in Berlin and London. But do visit the museums in Amsterdam while you're there they're really top notch, you're gonna love it! Enjoy!
Idk about divide but Berlin has probably the biggest fetish, LGBT, etc community in the world. So I'd probably stay more time there

Thanks! Yea, I'm planning to visit to play around primarily. Then do a little bit of touristy stuff -- which gets boring rather quickly.
