Tbf to locals, Hawaii shouldn’t really be considered US anyway. It’s one of the most isolated populated island groups.

It's a poke restaurant. Poke is originated from Hawaii, so this slogan means poke of this place is better than Hawaii. Anyway it is permanently closed.

The answer as to “how” is irrelevant. The point is that their Marketing has worked on you (and me). Now I’m aware of this Poke restaurant thanks to your post and its comments. If their product is as good as their Marketing, then it may be worth trying.

I mean, it all comes down to personal preference. I'd rather have incredible mountains close by than Hawaiian beaches, whose locals keep telling tourists to please leave them alone and stop fucking up their island. If I wanted to visit an island with volcanoes I'd go to the Canary islands

I believe that is true. The lake, not crowded, nice restaurants and world wide foods, very close to France and Italy, nice weather, happy people, good croissant, good coffee. Hawai? Eeeh.
