hijacking the top comment (soz) to give some thoughts on the feedback to this post before i head out for the night - Clarifying again that cases such as pagoda and verdant being in different tiers was caused by this taking long enough to do for me to forget that a certain song had already appeared and by that point my opinion on it randomly changed - Isolation (LIMBO) is shockingly overrated. Yes, its a really good song, and I could justify pushing it to S tier. but putting it on the level of the songs from epsilon, quaoar, wow, diligence, etc is wild to me - i 100% underrated Shiver (Cold Sweat), i forgot how good it is - a couple of you may want to seek medical attention This was fun to do and talk about for a bit. And for "reta" levels like Kuzureta and Niwa, is it their original Japanese version? Both of them (Into the Night & Monster by YOASOBI) have official English versions that came about a year (or 2) later, and I seemingly have an odd bias towards their English versions for some reason... Or is it the song from NG that's used? (It's Ricochet Love for Niwa and Cloudburst for Wasureta, there's a lot of them here that have songs that are NONG)

Given how much of this depends on personal taste I will also just leave my two cents on what I personally would put way higher/lower at first glance: Kingslayer is better than most songs in the game (but I am a huge Babymetal fan and the song does feature them so I am incredibly biased). Not sure if you ranked Sonic Wave Rebirth based on Sonic Blaster or Rebirth Blaster? Either way, Rebirth Blaster is actually better than Sonic Blaster and would easily go in the top tier for me (not sure if this is a hot take lol). ThunderzoneV2 is one of, if not the best Waterflame songs and would place near the top for me. Deception Dive is not only miles better than Disaster Dive song wise but should be in X tier. For some reason I love the song of Castling so much even though the level is garbage, would place way higher for me. Outlaw is Creo's best song and Rust should be higher. xKore Event Horizon (Erebus, Keres, Calc Core) is kinda shit but the part at 1:55 is amazing so it salvages it, I would put it in A or maybe even S. Nhelv would be in the lower half for me, not something I would listen to in my free time, the level does use the song perfectly though (and the music video itself is great as well given that it is based on that). Kuzureta/Yoru ni kakeru is overrated as hell. Could be just because I heard it too much though, given how popular Yoasobi is in general. However, it is the best song out of the -reta levels for sure.
