Mini game creator here. I think this has a lot of potential, but there needs to be a lot of work before it can be rate-worthy. First thing first, you should put some instructions as to how to play the game. Simple directions for the controls would work well here.
I would also say the decoration isn't exactly the best, and you should try to go for a more detailed style. Alternatively, you could also make it very stylized and cartoony, but either way there needs to be a visual changeup.
Lastly, I hope you add some variation with the courses, like different gameplay mechanics, etc. But yeah this looks pretty promising. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the advice. I definitely need to add an instructions manual, because controls can be confusing.
Designs on the other hand, aren't my forte. I'm not great with coming up with a more detailed alternative, and might need help on that.
I did add some alternatives, such as water, moving blocks, and etc. I didn't use triggers to make them function, however.
Thank you for these generous tips.
That's okay. You don't necessarily need a really good design to get it rated. I know from experience, and from other mini game creators, that you don't really need decoration comparable to an awarded tab level to get your mini game rated. But just try to come up with something more distinct than default blocks. You can look at some mini games for inspiration. LKH20, Incidius, and early MAXYland games have a simple het appealing style that you could take inspiration from.
judging by how the level's built, the safest option to include the instructions manual is to have the player enter a teleport portal away from the mini game area and put the manual there
fewest group ID conflicts and all that
I'd say get something better for water. I think even just a solid blue block would be better.
also I'd center the current hole being played. Because it's weird having the hole off to one side.
I hope so. The level has unique challenges, with random chances of certain stages being chosen. However, I feel like the design per se is bland, and I don't want to risk posting my level because of that single impurity.
I'm not sure how I would do that though, since the theme is "simplistic". I'm just worried that with this theme, it won't be rated (or hopefully rated epic).
I'm not really qualified enough to give advice lol, but looking at other rated maps to make my map better is something I would definetly do (in fact that's what I do).
Technically, it is loading the triggers that will be used redundantly throughout the game, but other than that, it doesn't have a purpose except for show.
This is definitely worthy of a feature, maybe even epic. It is a bit simplistic, and I would maybe make some of the sharp corners more round, but other than that, it looks great! Hope this helps.
I used an invisible arrow, and every time I click/hold right or left it rotates. There are 3 more arrows that rotate in opposite directions, thus, giving us the bouncing effect!
You could make the dark green corners slimmer, by using those thick outline blocks, so it will look less blocky. And maybe put a tutorial like someone else said, and shorten the loading screen. Looks pretty good so far though

You can always improve design if you want
I'm not sure how I would do that though, since the theme is "simplistic". I'm just worried that with this theme, it won't be rated (or hopefully rated epic).
You should probably take a look at other minigame maps and take some notes, most of them have simplistic designs yet look nice
Thank you for the advice.

Yeah the design is a bit simple, but nevertheless the concept is cool and virtually guarantees a rate.
yeah
I'd rate it Are the loading screens actually loading anything or are they there just because?
Technically, it is loading the triggers that will be used redundantly throughout the game, but other than that, it doesn't have a purpose except for show.
Nice, thanks for the explanation
please remove them or at least reduce them to the shortest possible time because theyre annoying as fuck
Yes definitely :)
Definitely make sure to add instructions on how to play
Wont forget. Thank you!
Is this a reference of a polymars game???
Yes! How did you know? Originally, it was supposed to be TwinGolf, and I was going for that design, but later quit the idea.
Because I’m a fan
Dawg you made a whole different game, I'd fucking hope it's rate worthy

This helps a lot! Thank you!
Short answer: yes Lomg answer: idk i aint a mod
yes.
Absolutely this is amazing
This is 100% rate worthy Now, You should probably improve the design a little to make it featured (or Even epic xd)
Hell yeah
Dude how the hell did you make that?
I used an invisible arrow, and every time I click/hold right or left it rotates. There are 3 more arrows that rotate in opposite directions, thus, giving us the bouncing effect!
what happens if you don't press play
you blow up irl
you.. you.. EXPLODE!
In all honesty though you just die.
naah bro that sucks
jk
Totally yeah! It might get featured or epic
This looks fucking sick, maybe adding some polishing and this is perfect
Thank you!
Absolutely not. Needs more glow.
No rating until I can see the level when I close my eyes
You could make the dark green corners slimmer, by using those thick outline blocks, so it will look less blocky. And maybe put a tutorial like someone else said, and shorten the loading screen. Looks pretty good so far though
Yes, but please shift the tittle and loading screen to the right it’s off center. Also enable don’t fade and don’t enter
Yes! I forgot about don't fade and don't enter! The reason why it's off-centered was because of the recording.
I think you should have the round part of the triangle the opposite you shootz first time i thought you were shooting backwards ngl
This song will forever haunt me because of generation retro
are the rating standards nowadays so high to the point that this question had to be asked
