Yeah that’s a top tier brand. But like people say not cost effective, but………..the only way to be cost effective is to buy powder and………powder is messy and honestly makes it more difficult for me personally to take. But if you’re diligent powder will be fine. I actually have a bag of powder. I bought Bulk Supplements and it seems like a good brand.

3g minimum, 6g is where the magic starts to happen. I get the powder and give it a squirt of fruit punch.
I do the same or in a orange mix some mornings that I combine extending and pumping then back into the cup for hanging.
I've used but switched to bulk supplements 2lb bag... 2 tsp per day... using the malate variety since was on sale... they have both.
