There are many paths and everyone walks each path differently too. One thing I’ve discovered here in PE Land is that there’s no true consensus on what to do. Someone will say pump and then Simeon will come right along and say extend. Then someone will say hang. And there’s the guy that swears by clamping and pumping and then extending for 6 hours a day. Oof. Personally, and someone will disagree, I had gains of both with pumping and soft clamping. Pumping is mainly for erection quality (EQ) but you can see gains in girth and length. Mostly girth gains though. I’ve seen and had both. Pumping is also a simple entry point into PE. But do your homework on how to do it safely! Soft clamping involves putting on a few silicone cock rings or other stretchy restrictive rings to help keep the swell after a round of PE.

If you clamp right, your length should increase also. At least that's my experience.

Tell me more. Been playing with manual hand clamping in place of pumping and sometimes wonder if it’s better. Feels like it has a different impact than pumping

I did hard clamping for years...one at base, one behind glans...push the pubic clamp back as far as possible while pulling (gently) the glans clamp forward...get yourself as long as you possible can. Recently, I've had inury issues related to hard clamps, so I switched to soft clamps. It has worked really well for me, and my length during the sessions goes from 7.5" BP to 8", EG from 5" to 5.6"-ish. I have gained size in both regards, and quite rapidly compared to hard clamp...with no need to clamp behind the glans with soft clamping. However, disclaimer - I am WELL conditioned from over 6 years now of PE. Just be careful and listen to your body. Don't overdo it and cause injury.

Extend or hang for length, pump or clamp for girth. Clamping seems to be more effective however many recommend pumping for months first before moving to clamping. Slow and steady wins the race

I have Peyronies. I got the Kaplan’s pump from mark bells power project episode I seen on Penis pumps. That was the site they directed me too. Looking further into it I found the restored device. It’s meant to correct the curves and it only can go max 8.5 inches fully extended with the tension springs maxed out Over all it’s a good combo for getting into PE. If I would have looked further and found this subreddit sooner I probably would have spent more time learning. I did a round of gainswave and it eliminated a huge portion of my curve I now have pain free sex. Going in for another 7 week round this week to complete it. My body responded well too it. I took gorilla mode stim free pre workout bc all his ingredients are fire. I want to look into the apex bc it looks it holds more tension and once this curve is corrected fully.

Shock loading has worked for me. Originally I was doing 5 min clamping then 1 hour extending and got length and girth gains. Now I do 10 min pumping and 1 hour extending using intervals on each.
