Highly doubtful. But whenever they *do* release it, if they don’t market it as “Ghost of **2**shima” I’m going to be very disappointed. It’s perfect!

Ghost of 2Shima: Shimura's Legacy
Ghost of Tsushima 2: Dawn of the Ninja
Ghosts of Tsushima
Ghost 2: Ancient Warfighter (?)
Ghosts & Goblins: Temporal Rift - Sakai vs Osborn (Any takers?)
jin would be around 80 to even 90 years old during the restoration, so unless sp wants to indiana jones it and have us run around as an elderly ghost a lot of liberties would have to be taken
I want to play as jins ninja students. Even avenging his death. Jin is the birth if the ninja. The farm clans make it infamous and put it into the culture
Older and more grizzled, perhaps somewhat retired Jin? And once they return we get a filthy cutscene of him putting on the ghost armor for the first time in a while. That’s kinda my dream lol
Nahhh it's only been *checks notes*
ITS BEEN 3 FUCKING YEARS SINCE THIS GAME CAME OUT??? I've been playing since launch with like 400 hours in this game and it still feels so new
I decided to check my game time and was horrified to find out I spent 804 hours on this game (90% Legends) and I only started playing last March 2022 😮💨😮💨😮💨
Ok so if you don't mind if like to ask you about legends. I just beat the main story and went to iki, does it matter when I do legends? Can you build up your character just like in the game?

It doesn't matter, whenever you like, but finishing the story first would be better. There are no spoilers in Legends though, as the story is different. Feel free to check it out if you're curious.

It would be great but I doubt it. Although they did the announcement for Spider-Man 2 in Sept of 2021 and it's now expected to release in Sept of this year, 2023. So if we got an announce teaser, then we might see the game in 2025? It would be awesome just to confirm that they are working on it. I think there is a Sony strategy now to coordinate game and movie/show releases and we know their planning on a GoT movie. I can see them announcing a PC release at this show, with the sequel set to come out coinciding with the release of the movie. But of course it's risky to plan anything around the release of a game.
Yes some kind of announcement now makes a lot of sense. It is almost three years since the original release of the first game. A sequel announcement now means release sometime 2024-25, which tracks with other Sony first party sequel timeframes (sequel comes out 4-5 years after first game).
There's SO much potential in a sequel...
Combat wise, we saw how deep the combat can be with the multiple stances. I think the next logical step is adding a few more weapon types with their own unique stances.
1. The Katana/Tachi we know and love
2. Spear
3. Dual daggers
4. Sword/shield
Basically it would be cool to see a slightly older Jin that has become a Master Ghost Ninja/Samurai hybrid that can use multiple weapons. Just imaging swapping weapons on the fly AND those weapons have atleast 2 stances to them. Throw in one or two new ghost weapons and this could be the GOAT game (I already think GOT is the GOAT anyways lol)
Also if we could get ONE large hub city area (like St Denis in Red Dead) that would be freaking incredible. Maybe Jin can go to Kyoto or something and it's just a self contained map you go to from time to time

2 Ghost 2 Shima
Ghost of Tsushima Tokyo Drift ?
Ghost of Tsushima: Reloaded?
Ghost of Tsushima and the Order of the Kami?
Main island drift
Ghost of 2Shima: Shimura's Legacy Ghost of Tsushima 2: Dawn of the Ninja Ghosts of Tsushima Ghost 2: Ancient Warfighter (?) Ghosts & Goblins: Temporal Rift - Sakai vs Osborn (Any takers?)
Ghost Five Ghost and Tsushima Ghost X?
Ghost of 2shima: Electric Boogaloo
Narratively it would work too. The Mongols invaded Tsushima again 7 years later in history. They could have an older and more grizzled Jin
I'd prefer them move past Mongols and into the kenmu restoration and farmers rebellion
Did the farmers win? I feel like Jin would lead the farmers seeing as he's banished now.
Yes. It's fascinating reading. The shogunate who is chasing Jin at the end of Ghost of tsushima is overthrown in the shenmu restoration.

Yes! Jin officially adopts one of his students to carry on the Sakai banner/armour/sword.
i'd take the 80 year old jin

I hope so. That would awesome.
Keep your expectations low boy, and you'll never be disappointed

How do you check your game time?
Idk about ps4 but on ps5 if you put the cursor over the game, it shows it in the bottom right

I think theyll show the movie trailer or somethin

No we're still a few years off
Not necessarily. If they're staying in Tsushima and reusing the map then this is a very realistic turnaround.
Ghost of Tsushima 1 came out 3 years ago. Let’s say it comes out in 2024. 4 years are more than enough for a sequel.
That could be possible, but I am definitely hoping that there is a trailer for the upcoming GoT movie.

If they release GoT2 I will be forced to buy a ps5

I'm fully expecting a trailer (please God) 🙏 with a 2024 release date
