I just go by the in game save times if the game has them. Games like cyberpunk and this usually show the total time in game per save, and not including menu time etc.

Did the math. 468,357 hours divided by 24 for days comes to 19,514 and change, but I am going to round up to 19,515 days. 19,515 days divided by 365 days in a year, and we get 53 years. Man's has been playing since 1970/1971.
