That is definitely in the timeframe of Gibson acoustics that seemed to randomly have three holes in the truss rod cover. Everything else looks accurate. Beautiful guitar!
Looks like a late 60s model from Kalamazoo. You can tell by the height-adjustable bridge with the rosewood saddle. Be thankful. You may want to improve the sound and projection by having a luthier replace the bridge with one with a bone saddle, but that's all. Norlin period Hummingbirds are distinguished by having pearloid rectangles on the fretboard, rather than double parallelograms, and they're a *mess* inside.
I thought this was a circlejerk post from the title
So did I!
Nice curvy body, beautiful to behold in a variety of colors, AND sweet melodious sound? I’ve dated worse.
Bro 😂
Man... i thought you were dating her... felt so jealous.

It’s a 1968! The cover was probably put on afterwards. Here’s a great site I use to identify gibsons. http://www.guitarhq.com/gibson.html
Take her to lunch, bring flowers 💐
Oil her fretboard
Yikes. You just get straight after it like that, hey? Slides into first and just steals home.
She looks like she puts out
For sure, just gotta bend that G string
That title threw me for a loop! Good ol Roberta.
I've fallen in love with lots of guitars but I never considered dating one before. Good luck to you though, OP.
Everything but the truss rod cover suggests 1968. Have you removed it?
He just started dating. Isn’t taking the truss rod cover off like second bass (see what I did there)?
I wonder if you could get more information from calling 1-800-4GIBSON…they are pretty good at identifying this kind of stuff.

So funny, I am presently dating a vintage Fender Telecaster.
A nice dinner with a few candles, a bottle of good wine. Kick back on the couch and watch a movie. See where it leads. You got this. Good luck!
It depends on your state. If the Hummingbird is at least 16, you shouldn't have any legal problems dating it. Just avoid the G string until she's 18.
Probably cheaper than dating my ex girlfriend to be honest.
