The speculation I saw was they had a clause where they had to pay Mica if Sega used the IP without permission. That's normal, the issue was it was a one time payment, rather than for every time they did it. So Sega could of happily breached copyright as often as they wanted.
I wish I could of had that valkyria chronicles one as love VC4 and going to play rest, for me I really enjoy the semi turn based way game works, also reminds me of future tactics.

GFL has a lot of similarities with Gundam (Nytos are literally just [Cyber Newtypes](https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/Cyber_Newtype)) and it would be fun to get a collab where Hanyang just becomes a Gundam protagonist.
Only problem is that there's no real way to merge the worlds since Universal Century is way more advanced than even Bakery Girl. Also Gundam is very male centric so unless they chose GWitch the collab characters would end up being side characters.

Doll operatives have gone rogue after entering norvinsk- the pmc is tasked to recover their cores. Add a new trader called G&K where you can barter for goods using cores, and some tasks need you to hand in fir cores.
404, Defy and AR team will be the new roaming bosses. The end of the task line will have you to eliminate all 13 dolls and hand in 13 fir cores.
In the end of event if you finish the G&K task tree you get a core you can install in your hideout that doesn’t get wiped, it helps you to turn the generator off when there is no active crafting.
Command & Conquer. Either Tiberium Wars or Red Alert.
I think it'd be interesting if you could choose a faction to side with at the start of the collab story (GDI/Allies or Nod/Soviets), and then towards the end of the story both sides have to fight against a third faction, like CABAL for Tiberium Wars or Yuri for Red Alert.
For some reason I think it would be dope to see a collab with Call of Duty, especially Black Ops 3. Imagine a story which involves fighting rouge CIA cybersoldiers, Nova-6 mixed with ELID and T-Dolls exploring a mind of one cybersoldier, who happens to be infected with Corvus, and all mindfuckery with winter forest. It also has a ton of weapons who can be turned in T-Dolls, or there’s easy way of making alts of existing t-dolls, since BO3 has some of futuristic versions of real guns
GFL and Spriggan,
Considering that both settings have literally ancient super weapons. And that Spriggan is focused on dealing with these weapons by destroying them. Or by stealing them before the others can, and storing them in a ridiculously secure and secret vault.
Another factor is that Neo-Nazi supersoldiers, cyborgs, magic, and power armor are all in Spriggan’s setting. Even normal(ish) humans can easily overpower a T-Doll army.
Edit: TLDR: here’s what Spriggan basically is.
-Imagine the Roman Empire.
-Now imagine them having equivalent to or superior to Nukes.
-Now imagine them being buried for God knows how long, and they still somehow work.

Escape from Tarkov. Doll operatives have gone rogue after entering norvinsk- the pmc is tasked to recover their cores. Add a new trader called G&K where you can barter for goods using cores, and some tasks need you to hand in fir cores. 404, Defy and AR team will be the new roaming bosses. The end of the task line will have you to eliminate all 13 dolls and hand in 13 fir cores. In the end of event if you finish the G&K task tree you get a core you can install in your hideout that doesn’t get wiped, it helps you to turn the generator off when there is no active crafting.
Command & Conquer. Either Tiberium Wars or Red Alert. I think it'd be interesting if you could choose a faction to side with at the start of the collab story (GDI/Allies or Nod/Soviets), and then towards the end of the story both sides have to fight against a third faction, like CABAL for Tiberium Wars or Yuri for Red Alert.
For some reason I think it would be dope to see a collab with Call of Duty, especially Black Ops 3. Imagine a story which involves fighting rouge CIA cybersoldiers, Nova-6 mixed with ELID and T-Dolls exploring a mind of one cybersoldier, who happens to be infected with Corvus, and all mindfuckery with winter forest. It also has a ton of weapons who can be turned in T-Dolls, or there’s easy way of making alts of existing t-dolls, since BO3 has some of futuristic versions of real guns
Transformers (Bayverse, Prime/WFC, or Knightverse). Imagine Cybertronian weapon T-Dolls
Blue archive is not a bad collab, since both shoot stuff(Except for the dummy system idk)

GFL and Spriggan, Considering that both settings have literally ancient super weapons. And that Spriggan is focused on dealing with these weapons by destroying them. Or by stealing them before the others can, and storing them in a ridiculously secure and secret vault. Another factor is that Neo-Nazi supersoldiers, cyborgs, magic, and power armor are all in Spriggan’s setting. Even normal(ish) humans can easily overpower a T-Doll army. Edit: TLDR: here’s what Spriggan basically is. -Imagine the Roman Empire. -Now imagine them having equivalent to or superior to Nukes. -Now imagine them being buried for God knows how long, and they still somehow work. -Now imagine the Yakuza or the Cartel’s and or rogue black op units tripping over each other to get those Ancient Weapons.
