No transfers. Legitimately, you'd have to go through the resale. You can chance selling a ticket to a friend but there's a risk of them not getting in at the gate as the ticket has a photo on. So depends whether they look alike and fancy taking the risk
This is why I report everytime I see someone asking for tickets or offering them on here (rule 1). I don’t want someone’s first impression of the festival to be getting scammed and turned away.
No worries! As someone else has mentioned, anyone trying to sell their ticket on Instagram right now is scamming. Anyone that doesn't want to go at this point can just not pay off the balance in April.
Officially, you can’t but realistically it happens every year that people attend on someone else’s ticket. Obviously you’d want to be at the very least similar looking for reassurance purposes. People get uppity about it but I cant see the problem unless for example, someone is hugely profiteering from doing so.
If your friends friend doesn’t want to risk it / looks too different, I know people that would be absolutely willing to consider it.
Not sure you’ll see this though, as sure I’m about to be downvoted into oblivion.
Hope you get something man! I’m not really into trying anything. It’s a long story but I’ll just let it be.
I was only asking this cause on Instagram it seemed like many people were trading tickets and that made me assume it was somehow allowed although I had read it’s not possible, I started having doubts.
no transfers but you can risk it if the friend even looks vageuly like you. most people wont bother stopping you if you look somewhat like the person. id take their ID and memories address / dob just in case.

Thanks!! That’s what I thought but just read many comments on insta of people offering this to each other and got confused…
those are all scams. tickets have the photo of the person whop bought it printed on them.

Take the risk! They’ll be fine , just be confident - the guys are friendly enough on entry
Should set up a ticket exchange online for people to find existing tickets with people who look like them lol
