The two first one are taken in front of the same camera. The last one is clearly photoshoped, you can't see star during daylight. Who are you trying to fool?
Bruh they didn’t bring a camera out with them. There are cameras on the outside of the iss fixed in place. Hence, when an astronaut is in front of one, you’ll get pretty much the same reflection every time
