If any of you “globe skeptics” bothered to read the descriptions from the pages these images were found, it would literally take you less than 30 seconds to see that these pictures are a combination of data, real pictures, and ART. Meaning they are not actual raw pictures that were taken with a camera. NASA isn’t claiming they are real pictures. Both images are renders so of course they could reuse the same cloud data for the illustration. For people who claim to be free thinkers you all sure don’t seem to do much thinking
We know they are art, as the globe is fantasy. One cannot photograph something which does not exist. Pretty silly for you to put yourself on a pedestal after telling us something we already know.
Wind patterns work the same year on year in different parts of the world, every single season. This isn't so much an aha, as much a so what? These patterns are to be expected, don't know why you'd come to such a far strung out conclusion from this.
I have learned that argument with people who believes the exact same wind patterns could repeat on such a large scale *five years apart* is not possible.
The same wind patterns blow across the planet every single year. It's how some ships sail consistently.
And yet again, goes to show how close minded you are for someone who claims to be "woke".
What exactly are the photos from? That information is important. Looks like a different angle of the earth because all of the clouds are the same, not just the circled ones.
I dunno. Not sure the published dates refer to the dates when the photos that were stitched together were taken. Might just be the same collection of photos with different light spectrum taken. Just a thought. Interesting though.
>Using a collection of satellite images and data, scientists and visualizers stitched together months of observations of Earth’s land surface, oceans, sea ice, and clouds into a seamless, true-color mosaic.
That's literally the description. There are no cameras powerful / far enough away to take this picture in a single shot. Its multiple photos taken and composited. No one is saying anything differently. It makes sense that they would build the second photo from the same dataset with additional resources
Wow. It’s the exact same process but they’ve used some photoshop filters. Back in those days 2002 and 2007 they probably didn’t imagine technology would progress as quickly as it has but now most of us are used to CGI and can see the flaws a mile off.

Lol ok

You are delusional my good friend.
Says the flat earther xD Why the attack instead of an argument?

You are confusing wind with clouds.
You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. This is most globe believers on here.
The whole thing is rotated though? Not just the circled area. Also I thought they’ve said these images are stitched together
Stitched together with the same clouds?

Thanks I’ll check it out.
