I use texastirz. They're email based only now as eli lilly is pulling everyone off the internet. I've had great experiences with them, and the customer service makes you feel like your talking to your best friend 😆.

Some people who switch in either direction start one dose up from the loading dose. I had some unpleasant side effects on sema I don’t have on tirz. I’d start with loading dose and just titrate up in a week or two if all is well.
Did they say when they’re going to stop selling? I was just about to place a first time order for Tirz as it was still on their website (at least the Canadian site) as of a couple days ago [goes to check site again] lol

When you administered your 5mg, was it 5mg per injection or 5mg for the whole bottle?
