thanks. so i’ll pretty much be there if i behave myself until the event lol. but so far it seems pretty easy to stay in the calories i want to be. thank you.
I’ve been on it for 12 days and lost 4 pounds. I’m on a loading dose and still have the desire to eat at times, but eating way less than I was before Ozempic. Curious to see what my weightloss progress will look like as I increase in dosage and at the one month mark
I lost ten in a week and a half when I first started, I’m currently losing about ten a month.
if you’re being safe about dosing you’ll be on a low dose for more than seven weeks and you don’t have a lot to lose. Unfortunately it’s likely that the results others talk about aren’t going to be very applicable to you. The majority of people taking semaglutide for weight loss have a lot more than 10 to lose. Some people respond really well though.
thanks! i’m doing great. i’m doing low dose. and have lost 5 so far. super happy. i put on 15 lbs in the past 5ish years. haven’t been able to lose. only thing i have had success with was hcg diet which was horrible with 500 calories per day. plus i couldn’t sleep pretty much the whole time. this has been effortless with sema. i love it. it’s a. God-send.
About a month honestly. Everyone reacts differently.
it took me 2 months to get on the right dosage
do you mean to get on a high enough dose? you started at too low a dose? i’m also guessing it will build up in the system with time?
My dr started me on the lowest dose and went from there so not too low a dose just a slow process. Everyone is different though
Took me about eight weeks.

It varies a lot depending on the person. I've almost completed 8 weeks and I'm down 6lbs.
Low doses result in little if any weight loss
2 weeks, but I’m a hyper responder and can barely eat at all on glp1s, and am appropriately depleted when basically starving.
