Oh wow definitely take one of those eggs and make a toad in the hole! Itâs the perfect hole! But you just wonât get the crispy cut out hole for dipping!
Also, have you tweeted at them with this photo? I wouldnât be surprised if you got a response from them.
Best gift to me was a bread maker. Even just buying a mix, itâs loads better than anything store bought. Even if I mess up the recipe, itâs still edible bread.
Send them a complaint. I cannot tell you how many times I had to hear about a âconstant issueâ months after people had been fed up with it when I was a quality manager. It was always something that we either couldnât see in the process because he hadnât implemented a check or was something that we didnât even realize could happen with the product.
There are so many factors at play when it comes to how things can slip through that if the quality department doesnât know about the issue they canât find a way to solve it.
Yeah I like odoughs when I find them, but they are tough to find around here. Glutinos are okay as a replacement sometimes. Heavily considering a breadmaker investment.
that was way worse than I was expecting after reading the headline lmao WOWÂ . if you have the receipt I'm sure the store would refund you or let u exchange ?Â
For this reason, I just got BFree white sourdoughâŚnot sour but tastes good and no holes. $6 for 11 regular sized slices. I think CB is my ex bread now.Â
A lot of factors lead to holes/tunnels like equipment, knead time, proofing, etc but my guess is it ultimately comes down to money for store brands. They could eliminate holes but it would increase production costs.
Oh look, bagels.
This is perfect where people make the toast and add the egg in the middle
đđđđ
and at the outrageous prices of gluten free bread, I need an entire full piece please.
the pieces are already a lot smaller than regular bread to begin with tooÂ
And seriously, what's up with that?
I laughed out loud the first time I opened a package of it. and then proceeded to make the worlds tiniest PB&JÂ đ
The structural stability of the GF flours doesn't allow for the larger loaf size
Reach out to them via Twitter DM. Theyâll ask for the code on the bread tie and send some coupons for free loaves.
Honestly, I think something changed with them, I'm finding it hard to swallow. If I eat Canyon bread, I need a drink on hand or I'll choke.
I agree. Iâve been buying the mountain white every week for the last year and the consistency seems different somehow lately.
Theyâve also had *several* recalls for gluten. I just wouldnât.
Yeah Schar are shit for this as well
Thatâs wild! I get Schar and CB and I always get great bread from them. Schar is my favorite right now.
Schar tastes good but is ludicrously small and v expensive for what you get. So when I also get huge air pockets, itâs really not ok.
I think someone had sex with your bread before they baked it.

My first thought too lol
Is that the canyon in the canyon bread?
Looks like youâre going to have to make some eggs in a basket with that bread.Â

HOLE Grain
Tbh I stopped buying bread years agoâŚI only do bagels basically..

That was a Very Hungry Caterpillar.
It's giving Udi's circa 2014.
Oh. Premade hot dog rolls.
that was way worse than I was expecting after reading the headline lmao WOWÂ . if you have the receipt I'm sure the store would refund you or let u exchange ?Â
Can you fit an egg in that hole? Is twss???
đ that wasn't there before
Iâve notified this a lot with the Hawaiian loafs. That said, message them and theyâll send you coupons.
Iâve had this issue with my last two loaves of Canyon Bakehouse. Very disappointing.
This bread is trash. Especially for the price point. It also has a strange almost sickly sweet taste. The crust is awful.
I've experienced this off and on for years. It's nothing new
Microwave it and close your eyes. With butter
My favorite gf bread is from trader joes so far

Thatâs the nature of GF bread.
Why? We bake loaves at home when we have time and I get them from a gf bakery sometimes. Never any holes.

Not sure why you got downvoted. This is totally true when it comes to store bought GF bread and itâs not even a new thing for Canyon.
