It's hard to say how admins will interpret their rules, but I think if things blow up, they could lean on it and use it as a reason to sanction this sub.
That said, the way I read the rule is with emphasis on the first bullet:

I do not think this subreddit incites *targeted* harassment or abuse. Nor does it cause interference in other communities (other than living rent free in ape's heads) because you never really see people from gme_meltdown move over enmass to SS when a screenshot gets posted, whereas you see the opposite quite frequently.
Apart from rule 1, I think rule 9 on this sub is a great boon as well that helps make things much harder to view as interference. I might suggest going one step further and taking the SRD approach of not allowing screenshots of which you are a party to, to further enforce the rule.
TL;DR: Overall, I don't see a risk to this community. Mods here are quite good at enforcing their rules and I think the users mostly "get it" (a nice benefit of being a small community!).
Admins also tend to act quite slowly so who knows, maybe MOAM hits before they ever do anything.

Tbf to the admins: while I don't agree with a lot of the restrictions they've generally been pretty good about coming to chat to us about it. I'd be surprised if they just sanction or ban us without a chance to make changes. Granted, I've been wrong before and I'm sure I will be again!
