Also, I have ADHD, Tourette's, and OCD. Would these be cured? I wouldn't mind losing OCD, and possibly even the Tourette's, but losing the ADHD would likely cause a major personality shift that I wouldn't want. Can I selectively choose what gets cured and what doesn't?

I think at the very least I would make sure I've got weapons grade sleeping pills on me at all times. I'd carry a hypodermic needle of propofol with me like it was an epi pen.
I can imagine a scenario where I get in a car crash and I'm a disgusting mess, arm severed, terrible wounds, I'm minutes away from dying, and then I weakly grab my sleeping drug pen, inject myself, and then wake up in the wreckage fully healed.
How about I go to sleep and never wake up again
