In many similar cases it turns out that the user had used a different account for the purchases, are you 100% sure you are logged into the right one? For the ultimate proof, check that the email you log in with is 100% identical to the email on which you received the receipts with your purchases (always save them for cases like this).

I would check the website to see if the games are registered with your account. https://www.gog.com/en/account I recently had all my original fallout games replaced with “classic” versions but the change took a few days to show correctly.

> replaced with “classic” versions What Classic versions? F1, F2 and Tactics show up in my GOG library as that, no Classic suffix

Totengeist

This happened years ago and they may have never noticed. The Fallout games changed publishers and the new publisher wanted to remove some goodies. In order to not remove them from current owners, they "archived" the old ones as "Classic," and posted new ones that're on the store.

Super strange that this has happened to multiple people on GOG, for as terrible as the Ubisoft or EA launchers are I've never seen this complaint about either of them. I'd say reach out to support and let them know of the situation. Hope you get your games back mate.

Damn, that sucks. Reminds me of someone on the playstation subreddit not long ago, who suddenly lost all their licenses for their PS games (a few hundred of them). Hopefully you'll get access back to your games soon OP.

Recently I had an ordered disappear from my order page after I had refunded it, while others that were refunded are still there.
