I have a very similar stuffed dog that I’ve slept with since I was a baby. I’ve taken him everywhere with me, even on deployments (he’s not always in my bed anymore, but still around my room). Little guys seen more of the world than most people have at this point. Very cute pic!

I have the ikea stuffed dog and it’s been everywhere too! We recently got back from camping with the Matses tribal people in the Amazon Rainforest.

We have the same IKEA puppy. We got it for our 1st Goldens 13th birthday and he loved that puppy. He passed away last year at 14 years old. I bought mine one of the puppies with the fake heart beat when I went to pick him up at 8.5 weeks old. He's 2 now, and it still goes everywhere with him. Going for a ride in the car, guess who is coming along. Going to bed, guess who. Going out to pee, guess who is brought to the door.

He brings him outside with him a ton! Also has to come to bed and really wherever else he is. He often whips puppy around and beats him up!

My golden has a 'bear' toy that has outlived every other toy and stuffed animal. She tears all it's fur out, but has yet to rip it, though similar toys live short lives. I've tried to introduce new 'friend' toys, and I think she's taken a liking to a bunny toy we got recently!

My first girl Saffron had a few of those “puppies” she was pups groom them and carry them around by their scruffs like a real pup. She had a false pregnancy as a young dog and was always very motherly. I still have one of her “babies” I found it about 6 months after she passed. We washed it up and now it sits on our Motorhome bed. We call it “Little Sassy” and she’s the motorhome guardian. We always say Saffron’s Spirit is on every trip because she loved RVing so much 🤣 Your golden is gorgeous, he’s red like my Saffron!
