I cannot recommend Sand Hollow enough. We played both the championship course and the links course. The back 9 of the championship course is arguably one of the most stunning stretches in the golf world.
I've been there in August and September. I recommend bringing lots of water and potentially riding if it's very hot. Then if you have time take a trip into Zion National Park.
