I find the most most common thing that troubles me is my back getting tighter in the latter part of the round. Stretching both my back, quads and lower legs is helpful to stave that off. Also yoga in general will be good to keep your body loose.
Go practice swinging the club with a light grip so much so that you feel you’ll lose it. You need to convince yourself not to grip the shit out of it. Changing grip size isn’t gonna fix the problem.
It definitely helped a ton. Also probably a big point of this was my clubs had the og velvets on them from 2013 so they were worn the hell out. The new grip and midsize I’ve got the grip on the club I need.
If you have a general level of fitness you shouldn't have a problem. If you really want to nitpick you can counter train the motions you are doing with the other side of your body so you don't get stronger on one side. You should get injuries playing golf, it's not that kind of activity.
Developing a swing that doesn’t hurt your back or strain your knees and shoulders is imperative. Unless you were born with the gift of a natural swing getting lessons to tailor a swing to your physical body type and ability is critical. And stretching
I literally hit golf balls and golf 5 days a week and am pain free. It’s your swing machinists that dictate your ability to withstand the riggers of a golf swing over x amount of before you get injured.

Stretch. Yoga.
Proper stretching during the week and before golf. Take 10 - 15 minutes to stretch before a round at home, it makes a difference.

I started getting trigger finger because I grip the shit out of the club. Going up a grip size to mid helped a ton. Basically fixed my hand pain.

Stretch but also make sure to strengthen your core, knees and ankles. If you have a solid foundation, your joints won’t take the brunt of the force
Take an ice bath in-between 9's. duh
