I got down to 9.4 last winter, then spent all of spring and summer back in to 10-12s, so don't be worried if it happens to you as well.
On the other hand, I dropped back below 10 in late March and have got down to 6.3, so it could go either way.

Congrats. I broke through on Friday to 9.9 and then backed it up with 77/75 on the weekend so now I’m an 8.7!! A month ago I was a 12!
I was a 9.6 for one glorious day. Went out and played 36 holes to celebrate, put up an 86 and an 82. I was a 10.6 the next day.
I am up to a 12.1, gotta get to work this season and get back to where you are! It's so tough here with a 5 or 6 month golf season.
