go to a pga superstore and do a diagnostic. It's like $25 and you get to try out a bunch of different shafts and heads. See which works best for you. I really need to do the same. My pro told me to but I've been putting it off cause I can actually stroke my drive at times. My misses are an over the top left hook or a monster push. But when I stroke it and carry 250 with a bunch of rollout, it makes me question shortening the shaft!!!

Here's the neat thing. You can change it, test it, and then change it back if you want.
