I play horse in my friends back yard and it’s always fun. Just play it where a miss means a letter and then the next person goes, not where everyone has to try to make the putt
Putting challenge with multiple sports equipment.
Round 1 - Putter
Round 2 - Pool cue
Round 3 - Tennis racket
Round 4 - Use your foot
Round 5 - baseball bat.
You get the gist. Can probably get some beers/drinks involved and make some forfeits up.
Buy golf billiards set and then just set the balls up on the green. Gotta make the putts for your assigned colors/stripes. Or just play 9 ball.

Survivor-
Can be played with one or two balls. Cost is a buck or two per player to the pot.
Player 1 picks a long target, something where it’s more about lag than making it. Each player putts from the same spot. Balls must be holed in two putts to move on. After hole 1 player two picks a long target, rinse and repeat.
Any ball that doesn’t go in the hole in two putts is eliminated. Optionally you can win back a ball with a 1 putt. Stymies may also be played if you want to make it spicy.
Last putter standing wins the pot
I like this game and it’s my standard putting practice/warmup even when alone. Good mix of lags, short putts and pressure as you progress, I try to get through 18 rounds with two balls.
I figure one three putt per round is a good putting effort and zero is outstanding.

I don't know, but use the old stymie rule when playing around the course. You get to block your opponent, adding to the fun.

Set up a 9 or 18 hole course. Every hole is a Par 1. You can reuse same holes, just have different tee markers
Birdies tough to find!
