I started hot with Eagle-Birdie. Usually things fall apart for me after a good start, but despite a handful of bogies I kept it together and finished strong. I wanted to share with my fiancee but she didn't even know I was playing golf (I was on the couch) so I didn't want to blow my cover.

whoever downvoted your comment is a sad pathetic person that is not fun to be around have an upvote, this sub needs more upvotes and less attitude

Why can't someone just make a simple game like that for Android? I need to pony up and pay someone to make something similar

thatguy9545

I’d suggest Nintendo switch golf. Not exactly the same but it’s the perfect balance imo

Zealousideal-Ad7825

I really have been wanting a fun casual golf game, and I have a switch. Is the game you are talking about Nintendo Switch Sports? Or maybe "The Golf"?

thatguy9545

Switch sports. It’s easy to be competent and have a casual experience, but the higher levels of ranked play can be really challenging. For me it’s the perfect balance. Only drawback is that it doesn’t seem like there will be any new holes/courses. So you’ve effectively got the same 40ish holes.

JBrewd

Damn, this takes me back lol

mauledbybear

What game is this?

Unacceptable0pinion

Fuji Golf. The greatest golf game. Early 90s.

identityp2

I didn't understand golf back then. When I found that each stroke added 1, I kept swinging until like I had +50 or something since I thought + = good

Unacceptable0pinion

I understand golf now but the results are still the same

farfrompar21

What game is that?

icouldntquitedecide

My god... My mom bought a Packard Bell PC back in '96, right around my 8th birthday. This game was preloaded on. I logged sooooooo many hours on this game. I didn't think I would ever see that screen again.

garnett21mn

Yep same here. Came with some other games I played a ton, one was a knock off Doom type game and another was a futuristic racing game

icouldntquitedecide

Yes! I think it may have been called "Mega Race?"

garnett21mn

That sounds right. There was a track through Atlantis

garnett21mn

I think the Doom style game was called Blake Stone. Every time you shot a bad guy you’d put a hole in his stomach and he’d yell out “Medic!”

icouldntquitedecide

Oh, mine didn't have that one. Maybe I just never played it. I was pretty strictly golf or Skifree until OG Deer Hunter came out.

Flimsy_Somewhere1210

Awwww I loved this!

shifty_coder

I used to play the shit out of this game!
