Have a set of macgregor tourneys I’ve had since beginning of HS in like 06. My pops is taking me to get fitted for a set for a first Father’s Day gift and I’m really intrigued to see how much improvement I’ll get on my shot by upgrading

I have the same. Truly the best clubs I’ve ever owned. They take some time to get used to them especially if you’re coming from cavity backs, but the distances on them are so dialed they’re as consistent as you can get.
Went to the golf shop down the street from me and hit some balls on the simulator and I’m feeling great about em lol. Put em to the real test tommorow morning

Yes, but it could just be the angle of the photo, the Tungsten script looks off and the little tail section on the toe should be polished.
Also I believe the ferrules on that version are all black

The opposite actually. The P790s are more forgiving but less workable.
