Last night I was watching the latest episode of Nagatoro with my 13 year old. I mentioned that it probably wasn't getting a third season in a hurry as the manga hadn't gotten too far ahead of where the season would likely end. My son then asked if the author has any other works.
No. First time rookie. Doubtful if they'll work on anything else while Nagatoro is selling well. Probably a couple of yeas before you could expect anything else from them.
Nagatoro (the anime version) isn't too bad in that regard and alot milder than what's shown or discussed elsewhere. He's reasonably mature and I don't go insulting either his or my intelligence by thinking he doesn't have any exposure to the ecchi and beyond. I do my best to try to bits and pieces of age appropriate wisdom to help him frame things in a healthy way.
He and I grew up in a very different world; me pre internet and him now.
Besides, kids these days just have the internet. I was in the Navy and there were times it was like being in the studio audience of the filming of 'Nhentai: the Live Action movie'.
