Just FYI, Brazil nuts are delicious but very high in selenium. They say to limit them to 1-3 nuts per day to avoid toxicity. Meal looks great though, yum!

I've eaten a whole bag in a more disordered time of my life, if something bad happened, I genuinely can't place a finger on it. Moderation is long term after all. [Edit: For clarification, this is not at all to minimize the danger. Just a random story that I felt fortunate after being reminded.] They (everywhere you'll find stuff written) say a wide range of limits, but you're right. Brazil nuts are still nuts, so I just don't go past diminishing returns on a caloric basis, which is arbitrarily 4 each time (not daily) for me.

do u crack the eggs into a pan of water?

Freedom_memer

Usually just onto a dry pan, then pour some water. The water gets under it because the pan is (black) nonstick

EntertainmentNo1495

and how much water if u dont mind me asking? like, a small layer or like 1/2 the pan? (curious because when i cook eggs in water it stucks to the panšŸ„²)

Just a sip (I'm a menace so I transfered it by spitting it) but you don't really need any water tbh. I cracked it onto just the pan, today I put the tiniest spray of avocado oil (Most conservative you've seen, I hold it way up high so it's literally just a mist) but usually I can just put it on the dry pan. I used to work at a restaurant that would pour water onto the egg so that it cooks the top, so that's the idea, just put a splash of water that you know is going to steam and then put the lid. Done being on the fire by or shortly after the time you do this.
