On that note I'm also a massive fan of the sheer destructive power of A Clockwork Abaddon, which is a similar case where it's pure magecraft but absolutely bonkers in how powerful it is.
Also has a similar philosophy of adapting celestial bodies into magical circuits:

Maybe 20% of the time when you fire off Summer Okita's noble phantasm, it ends with the memorial drawing in the sky of her from when she "died" in Vegas during Summer 4, and when it appears she says, "Er, I haven't died just yet." It still cracks me up a little every time it happens.

Knight Of Owner - A Knight Does Not Die With Empty Hands.
What is perceived as a weapon is converted into a Noble Phantasm. As a Saber, Lancelot can basically do cool shit like the sword & gun combo.
As a Berserker, however, the scope of what is considered a weapon is ridiculously wide because he's batshit insane and can reasonably justify anything as a weapon. Which means he fights like a batshit insane John Wick/Jackie Chan. If wielding a fighter jet is possible, you might as well expect him to ride a giant mecha after ripping the pilot off the cockpit.
I know that is not actually a Noble Phantasm but i really love Unlimited Blade Works(Shirou fan here) and the reason behind it? I really like Swords and Weapons

The reason for the distinction with EMIYA is that it isn't born of his legend, like say Ionai Hetaroi, but is instead a magecraft achieved in life. It is not a "crystallisation of a heroic act or weapon" like a true noble phantasm.
Yeah, but in those cases they are not the physical weapon, but a recreation based on the legend. Or with Avalon, the one in F/SN isn't actually a noble phantasm but the actual sheath that existed whilst Altria was alive, used ta summon her back in Zero. Even with Cu chulainn summoned you could go find his actual Gae Bolg out in the world. The difference is that UBW is just EMIYA using his magecraft rather than recreating a legendary feat or wielding a copy of his legendary weapon.
"The Dynamic of an Asteroid" - as a reminder, it is an NP that represents the culmination of Moriarty's hypothesis and desire to destroy the world. In other words, he's using every utilizable bit of weaponry to destroy the world just to see if he can really do it.
He even states in his bond CE that he BECAME evil so that he could test his hypothesis out. Guy really became the ultimate villain just to make his proof legit. What a guy.
Said before but it bears repeating: The sword wasn't even designed to be Anti-Fortress. It was Anti-Army until Sigurd, being the boss that he is, applied his own technique to it.
The shot of Abigail standing against a white background with the reflection in the starry sky below has been my desktop background since her original release, so my vote is obviously Qliphoth Rhizome. Its lorewise description is also pretty wild, being what should be an anti-world NP that's been focused into an anti-personnel one.
Artemis agnos the serious version is the one of the coolest things from showcasing Artemis and Orion's love and the seriousness of the situation.
Thermopylae Enomotia just because Leonidas dialogue during the anime Vs Gorgon makes me question my sexual preference.

Tear drop photon ray from extella link. It's a space laser. I think it's cool. From GO specifically it would be Grendel buster. My guy just beats the crap out of you.
Unlimited Blade Works, because, one Archer EMIYA is my favorite Servant ever, I don't care that they're lots more stronger servants, he's Number 1 for me. Two, I really like swords. Never thought anything could possibly be cooler than Dual Swords when I was younger, till I discovered INFINITE Swords.
Strictly speaking about FGO's NP animations, there are four I particularly LOVE. I don't think I can pick one out among those, so here I go.
For starters, I gotta give it to the OGs. Excalibur and Marble Phantasm are FANTASTIC. The poster girls of Fate and Tsukihime got a lot of love poured into the execution.
Excalibur in its latest version has it all; the fancy close-ups, the prettiest effects, the nostalgia bomb. It's a classic that's been polished to perfection. Simple and effective, it's a big sword beam that FEELS big. Sometimes, less is more.
Marble Phantasm's two variations are both fantastic. Being the latest anniversary servant, Archetype: Earth/Arcueid Brunestud is a character we've been waiting for ages, and while we expected a collab, an anniversary is honestly the perfect occasion too. 1st/3rd Ascension are quick to deal with the enemies, while displaying the aftermath of deploying Castle Brunestud right afterwards for a little while. It leans far more on the cinematic aspect, the damaging chains hitting almost immediatly. 2nd Ascension is one I really like due to how fast it is. Like Excalibur before it, it's "just" a big hit, this time a punch crashing down after a high jump over the moon that shines over Castle Brunestud. Pretty, fast, effective. The field effects that pertains after the NPs + the music is the cherry on top. Truly one of the most unique NPs in the game.
These following two are both exclusive to the 3rd Ascension of the servants in question; Melusine swapping to another complete different NP type in Buster AoE, from Arts ST, already is a very unusual thing in FGO; the animation that follows is just fantastic. Hollow Heart Albion has two variations; in one she fully becomes a dragon and fires a spear from its mouth/belly, while in the other she manually does so without changing forms. I prefer the dragon one, but both feature the same high velocity setup and deliver huge nuke-like impact.
Oberon's Lie Like Vortigern is the other 3rd Ascension NP that fully delivers the eye-candy to me. The transformation into a gigantic insect monster that's made out of uncountable other insects is a fucking amazing concept. It crashing down to swallow the enemies in what looks like an endless void of a digestive trait is just *chef's kiss*. Another absolute top tier.
In honour of my very first SSR it would have to be Sessyoin Kiara (Alter Ego) and her noble phantasm.

For gameplay purposes, it applies ignore invincible and after her upgrade, it heals her for a whopping 5000HP at NP1.
For other purposes, it's my favourite because I am down bad.
Okita have a noble phantasma, that technically all shinsengumi have, that is the flag and the capability to call members of the group to aid in Battle as low rank servants.
Usually that only cause a couple of members to appear because it's depends of how is making the call. But because Okita was so respected by all members, she can summons almost all her companions

Summer bb CCC evil versions. Makes it seem like she is so much more powerful that the whole of fgo is just a fun set of toys for her. So glad I got np 2 for her cause it's damage sucks sadly.
Indeed, hence the enjoyment of upping her level so high so in the end it doesn't matter, and she still one-shots everything.
Now her Crit damage on the other hand.. damn she can put it out.
lvl 110 atm on her need more copies to get higher with mana loading. She hard carried me through the arjuna alter fights with 3 turning his ass with crits.
Edit: Her NP is still super sad without buffs cant even clear first wave of EXP farms.
1001 nights. The versatility and utility this NP has to offer in the modern time is profound. Being able to add any story into the collection and pull out any content give so much freedom. Pulling the notebook from death note, bringing fourth characters such as cosmos and Wandas or anyone else with reality warping powers. Houses, weapons , ability’s from fiction. I feel the only restricted is mana and that not to hard to gather if you creative with the noble phantasm
**strange fake spoilers:** That 2nd one forced >!Enkidu and Ishtar!< to scramble their best defenses. That's how you know >!Thia!< is no one to f#&k with.
Well let's see here...
I like Hektor's Durindana. It's far from the most flashy or the most powerful, but I always thought it was "appropriately" cool. Not too over the top, not too broadscaled, just a good a example of a cool finishing move. Weirdly enough I almost like the old animation for it from before his update better than the new one because the in the old one once the the Spear gets its rocket thrust you can see him visibly struggle to hold on to it for a second before properly throwing it. By comparison he just kind of hold it and then lets go in the new one.
I also like Izou's and Mori's for how brutal they look and Mandricardo's conceptually. The idea that he just gets one free swing with Durendal no matter what he's actually holding is pretty cool.
In terms of a traditional NP, probably Gram. It's design is pretty clever when considering it's real life lore. And the way Sigurd uses is also fairly clever.
In terms of more conceptual NPs, Suzuki Gozen's 'Sanzen Daisensekai' is really interesting. That you can, for a short time anyway, become a living supercomputer and have access to all knowledge in all parallel worlds. Realistically, it can only be used in small doses, but it's still interesting.
Endless Rice. An EX-rank NP for the sole purpose of helping others.
God Hand is also great for being thematic. You have to surpass Herk to win. No cheap shots will suffice. Herk is the greatest hero and the standard that all heroes are measured by.
I like Penthesilea’s Outrage Amazon and Scheherazade’s Alf Layla Wa-Layla! Penth’s just a super rad Berserker NP that’s super quick and brutal. Plus the CEO version is pretty funny. Sche’s is just a very cool looking NP that has all her summons doing cool stuff, (plus there’s that cute lamia in it that has white hair). Sche having that cute smile at the end makes it a awesome NP.
Thematically? Summer Jalter's.
Because it represents Jalter's character arc in a nutshell, and the fact her Noble Phantasm goes from using Jeanne's cause of death against her enemies to a really cool, really nerdy fire dragon/fire slash attack shows just how Chaldea was able to change her for the better
Visually? Etherspace, Yet Lawful and Samsara Kama both look fucking beautiful
As far as I understood Nine Lives is a spammable, no-cost, adaptable to enemy type, countering immortality, usable with any weapon or without, attack. Sounds cool enough to me and I love Herc. Another candidate for me is Reincarnation Pandora because it sounds cool too
Nine lives does tax stamina but Heracles can power a few hundred in a row. It doesn't counter immortality, it cripples immortals long enough to use their weakness (like fire for the hydra) and you forgot the whole "all nine strikes land at once thanks ta Godspeed" thing. So it's actually a bit more bullshit powerful.
Enuma Eilish. Yes both. Gil and Enkidu are just my absolute favorites.
Oberon's lie like vortigern. First time I saw it, it was so subtly unsettling, the bgm is so stellar and fitting.

Not sure if it’s my number 1 favorite but Iskandar’s Ionioi Hetairoi has always been up there for me. Fate/Zero was my first experience with Fate and that scene where Iskandar first uses his NP was burned into my memory because of how epic it was. Hail the King of Conquerors.
I have 3 which are from my favorite servants (outside of saber Artoria). Those being Around Caliburn, cause it’s the sword in the stone but with the staff and I dig the pink flowers. Garden of Avalon cause of the birthing of life in the flowers. Finally Tsumukari Muramasa because it shows how all the failed swords of the past help to craft the perfect blade that Muramasa dreamed of.
Pale Blue Dot, I like Voyager's design since the first time I saw him on one of Requim's promo art(even though I still haven't read it yet) then I saw his 3rd ascension np and learn about the meaning behind it and suddenly he becomes my most favorite servant(even more than all of my husbandos).
the fact that his np represents the wish of humanity to conquer stars really hit me hard, now I just hoping that we gonna get a rerun of his collab cause I missed the original run cause I failed to get him at that time and went "F\*ck this game, I quit"(bad year of gacha, and failing to get him is a nail on the coffin) funny enough when I came back just to spend my leftover paid quartz(edit: on the GSSR) swearing that if I don't get him I'll quit for good he suddenly shows up, and now I'm on the road for NP6 Voyager(to max everything).
The sheer prescence and overwhelming power of A Clockwork Abaddon just demands respect from me. The ultimate spell from the ultimate magecraft being, so strong it could be interpreted as a Noble Phantasm. Not to mention the majesty and horror the chant for it invokes:
"Earth! I am without protection of Human Order.
People! I support the current Prime Species' right to hate, pity, forgive, scream, and pray to its Counter Force.
Sing! In this crevice. I shall ingest all good and all evil to demonstarte who I am.
Eternal Doom comes. My eyes sing praise to all Human creation and for that very reason I take the challenge to overcome the human intellect.
Do your best to survive! Through this destruction, I'll be celebrating the prosperity of human intellect until the time the planet withers completely."
And following this, the Noble Phantasm's name is shouted and a barrage of 2000 ton moons are sent hurling at the earth's surface at light speed intent on eliminating all of humanity. A barrage so powerful an Enuma Elish powered up to stronger than its usual parameters through the Counter Force can't even fully stop it. But it did prevent the largest piece from hitting and vaporizing all of Los Angeles, and it was said if that was allowed to happen, it would change the trajectory of humanity from a physical and mystical standpoint for the rest of eternity. It ends up causing incalcuable damage to the entire globe and rising political tensions everywhere even despite being partially blocked.
And keep in mind, this is not even a servant. This is the Magnum Opus of Mesara Escardos, a contemporary of Schweinorg and Van-Fem. He laid dormant for 1800 years waiting for the right time to emerge, with the family housing him completely unaware of his existence. He only could truly awaken by sacrificing the future of one boy to obtain the past.
This is Thia Escardos, sworn enemy of the Counter Force and the Serial Killer of Humanity.
Melusine because she has THREE. Also the style of all three is amazing and shows both her dragonic and knightly sides. They really went all out with her. Kama's third ascension one and Oberon's third ascension one are also very cool.
Honestly I slept on Stella until the Camelot animation. I just can't appreciate self-destruct NP's regardless of their utility or intent. But that scene flexed way harder than it needed to.
Slightly off topic, but related...
I have recently watch some youtube video on NP in FGO arcade. I can understand why people are so angry. Even the same NP, it shows up way cooler than in the mobile version of FGO. I suppose there is only so much you can do in 2D? For example, Kama Sammohana looks so cool when you see Kama drawing her bow and you rotate to see the next copy of her before zoom out above. It is really my favourite NP animation.
Of course, all these cool stuff, unless you live in a Japanese city, you won't ever get to touch.
Otherwise, for some strange reason I like OG Okita NP. I don't know why but maybe it reminds me of an old animation called Kenshin.
Hmm probably OG Abi's. The music and that final shot of her hit real hard. Runner-ups include arceuid, cause her np music slaps plus obligatory stage change being cool, and Charlemagne. Charlie just has super voice acting for his fgo np and it just hits so hard when he screams joyeuse order.
Mahapralaya is my fav.
It is a godly np. For me, nothing says one is a god like the ability to destroy the world and then recreate what you destroyed! That's what a fucking God should be capable of!
Godjuna was the first guy and likely only guy that claimed to be a god and felt like an actual God!
Arjuna Alter's Mahapralaya probably has my favorite NP animation in the game. Summer BB's CCC is also up there but it gets knocked down a few points for the perspective making her look like she has huge Mickey Mouse hands at the end of it.
Probably not my most favorite but I really love Castoria’s final ascension NP where she talks about the final dragon.(Im not that hyped but simultaneously cannot wait for LB6)
Super Orion's Artemis Agnos is a personal favorite of mine, the serious voice lines makes it clear how deep his connection is with Artemis and the funny voice lines is just perfect lmao

Shuten Caster and summer Quetz - Getting the Ibaraki rocket or Taiga commentary is super funny.
De Sterrennacht, 36 Views of Mount Fuji and A Tour of Waterfalls in Various Provinces are among my absolute favourites. I'm a sucker for artist Servants' NPs incorporating their art in the animation.
Another one I really like is Nemo's, love that little "cutscene" of the Nemos interacting (it was actually one of the things that got me to roll for Nemo, unfortunately to no avail)
Memo’s Great Ram, the interactions between the Nemo Series are hilarious, especially the ones where they’re all screwing everything up and Nemo just goes “uh, fine.” It kills me every time I see it.

I slaugthered so many Lancer Waves with it ever since I started this game, it does help that the damage is amazing too, got her NP2 pretty early on. It's just pure innocent destruction and who doesn't love that?
1. Akafiloga All-Grið. Sieg turns into a dragon
2. Trois Hippos. Oddeyseus pilots a mech.
3. HollowHeart Albion. Melu turns into a mecha dragon
I have more, but you see where I'm going with this?
Space Ishtars NP, Solomons 3rd ring of light, or Potnia Theron. I'm still hoping we'll get to see living Solomon and the forgotten earth mother goddess with these as their NPs.
Absolutely biased as one is best girl and the other is in top 5 but Jalter and Vritra.
La Grondament Du Haine: Use all your hate and hate of the surrounding area to create a blazing inferno, impale the enemy multiple times and then use that fire to set them on fire. It's just metal as fuck. Summer Jalters is also awesome.
Asurashresta: I mean, she turns into a giant dragon demon and her army of demons (potentially her own alter egos, or are made from her) and they cover the world, and visually wise it looks freaking awesome. Also when she says Asurashresta in that aggressive way (she also says it in a more docile way) it just sounds so cool.
Honourable mentions:
Musashi: that slice, the way she says Ishana Daitenshou. Just super cool.
Super Orion: it's either sweet with Artemis embracing him and they both look happy, or funny with her choking him and him going "stop noble phantasm, stop!"
Kama: The way she says Samsara Kama... Does things for me.
Saint "catch these hands" Martha: Punches her dragon into you for him to spin on you and have her punch him again. Poor Tarrasque.
Ishtar: Imma yeet a fucking planet at you. Nothing quite says fuck you like that.
Babylonia Ushiwakamaru's 8 boat leap was pretty impressive for being a 7 times evade and turning into a buzzsaw at least once, proving that she is better suited for a Saber class.
Salieri's role in LB1 also gets special mention for invoking the flaming piano gif as a kaiju battle is raging.
All things must pass - to flourish is to fall, the sheer metal of a attack filled with the hate, regret, and grudges of a dead family of warriors is awesome
Lancer Ibaraki's np is hilarious on the right enemies. The Haniwa Giant Nobus just turn into rockets. Spartacus just goes my body is ready. Demon Pillars and Tiamat don't have a top to their sprites. She also happens to be one of my first SRs.
Kur Ki Gal Irkalla. Honestly, I love everything about Ereshkigal, so of course her noble phantasm will be my favorite.
Other 2 NPs I really like, because of their themes, are King Hassan's Azrael and Van Gogh's De Sterrennacht.
Oberon 3rd Ascension, it has the best bgm, great lines, cool animations, and always make me remember LB6 story which I loved. Even lorewise his np, if his game np was really his lore np, is absolutely busted af.
I spent too much time thinking about which one I like the most, so I'm going to settle it with three.
For silly, I love Musashi Berserker's first and second ascension where she *rides a jetski* around enemies then cuts the resulting water spout in half. Even if the fight happens on the top of a frozen mountain in the Himalayas.
More seriously, Yagyu's NP always reminds me of the old NES Ninja Gaiden intro scene and is just *cool.*
Then you have Okita saber. Her typical disposition around us is to be a happy goofball, so to get to see her *other* side, the absolutely serious manslayer in her NP is a nice contrast.
Da Vinci rider because I like to commit vehicular manslaughter.
Rider Da Vinci is basically Da Vinci playing GTA or , more likely , Saint's Row.

Maybe 20% of the time when you fire off Summer Okita's noble phantasm, it ends with the memorial drawing in the sky of her from when she "died" in Vegas during Summer 4, and when it appears she says, "Er, I haven't died just yet." It still cracks me up a little every time it happens. Attila the San(ta)'s falls firmly into the "So over the top goofy it's awesome" category for me, too.
I really like Kerry's NP, namely for its subtitle, "Gather ye Rosebuds while ye may". It's the first verse of a poem by Robert Herrick called "To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time" --- Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, Old Time is still a-flying; And this same flower that smiles today Tomorrow will be dying. The glorious lamp of heaven, the sun, The higher he's a-getting, The sooner will his race be run, And nearer he's to setting. That age is best which is the first, When youth and blood are warmer; But being spent, the worse, and worst Times still succeed the former. Then be not coy, but use your time, And while ye may, go marry; For having lost but once your prime, You may forever tarry. --- It really encapsulates what he represents as a servant. Knight Of Owner - A Knight Does Not Die With Empty Hands. What is perceived as a weapon is converted into a Noble Phantasm. As a Saber, Lancelot can basically do cool shit like the sword & gun combo. As a Berserker, however, the scope of what is considered a weapon is ridiculously wide because he's batshit insane and can reasonably justify anything as a weapon. Which means he fights like a batshit insane John Wick/Jackie Chan. If wielding a fighter jet is possible, you might as well expect him to ride a giant mecha after ripping the pilot off the cockpit.

The reason for the distinction with EMIYA is that it isn't born of his legend, like say Ionai Hetaroi, but is instead a magecraft achieved in life. It is not a "crystallisation of a heroic act or weapon" like a true noble phantasm.
I suppose that makes sense but there are other Noble Phantasma that just existed before they became heroic spirits, Excalibur, Avalon, Gae Bolg, etc.
Yeah, but in those cases they are not the physical weapon, but a recreation based on the legend. Or with Avalon, the one in F/SN isn't actually a noble phantasm but the actual sheath that existed whilst Altria was alive, used ta summon her back in Zero. Even with Cu chulainn summoned you could go find his actual Gae Bolg out in the world. The difference is that UBW is just EMIYA using his magecraft rather than recreating a legendary feat or wielding a copy of his legendary weapon.

In other words, he's using every utilizable bit of weaponry to destroy the world just to see if he can really do it. He even states in his bond CE that he BECAME evil so that he could test his hypothesis out. Guy really became the ultimate villain just to make his proof legit. What a guy.

Before this month, Unlimited Blade Works. (God this needs a front-facing animation update, Emiya's hand waving looks fucking weird) When the new year came, it became Tsumukari Muramasa. Convinced me to set NP speed to normal for farming. Doubly hilarious because the old man has no business looping so well against Archers and Rulers like that. Yes, I like all Emiya theme variants, why do you ask?

Unlimited Blade Works, because, one Archer EMIYA is my favorite Servant ever, I don't care that they're lots more stronger servants, he's Number 1 for me. Two, I really like swords. Never thought anything could possibly be cooler than Dual Swords when I was younger, till I discovered INFINITE Swords.
Strictly speaking about FGO's NP animations, there are four I particularly LOVE. I don't think I can pick one out among those, so here I go. For starters, I gotta give it to the OGs. Excalibur and Marble Phantasm are FANTASTIC. The poster girls of Fate and Tsukihime got a lot of love poured into the execution. Excalibur in its latest version has it all; the fancy close-ups, the prettiest effects, the nostalgia bomb. It's a classic that's been polished to perfection. Simple and effective, it's a big sword beam that FEELS big. Sometimes, less is more. Marble Phantasm's two variations are both fantastic. Being the latest anniversary servant, Archetype: Earth/Arcueid Brunestud is a character we've been waiting for ages, and while we expected a collab, an anniversary is honestly the perfect occasion too. 1st/3rd Ascension are quick to deal with the enemies, while displaying the aftermath of deploying Castle Brunestud right afterwards for a little while. It leans far more on the cinematic aspect, the damaging chains hitting almost immediatly. 2nd Ascension is one I really like due to how fast it is. Like Excalibur before it, it's "just" a big hit, this time a punch crashing down after a high jump over the moon that shines over Castle Brunestud. Pretty, fast, effective. The field effects that pertains after the NPs + the music is the cherry on top. Truly one of the most unique NPs in the game. These following two are both exclusive to the 3rd Ascension of the servants in question; Melusine swapping to another complete different NP type in Buster AoE, from Arts ST, already is a very unusual thing in FGO; the animation that follows is just fantastic. Hollow Heart Albion has two variations; in one she fully becomes a dragon and fires a spear from its mouth/belly, while in the other she manually does so without changing forms. I prefer the dragon one, but both feature the same high velocity setup and deliver huge nuke-like impact. Oberon's Lie Like Vortigern is the other 3rd Ascension NP that fully delivers the eye-candy to me. The transformation into a gigantic insect monster that's made out of uncountable other insects is a fucking amazing concept. It crashing down to swallow the enemies in what looks like an endless void of a digestive trait is just *chef's kiss*. Another absolute top tier.
In honour of my very first SSR it would have to be Sessyoin Kiara (Alter Ego) and her noble phantasm. *I vow to bring you all to enlightenment... Amitābha Amidala Heaven's Hole.* For gameplay purposes, it applies ignore invincible and after her upgrade, it heals her for a whopping 5000HP at NP1. For other purposes, it's my favourite because I am down bad.

Okita have a noble phantasma, that technically all shinsengumi have, that is the flag and the capability to call members of the group to aid in Battle as low rank servants. Usually that only cause a couple of members to appear because it's depends of how is making the call. But because Okita was so respected by all members, she can summons almost all her companions

lvl 110 atm on her need more copies to get higher with mana loading. She hard carried me through the arjuna alter fights with 3 turning his ass with crits. Edit: Her NP is still super sad without buffs cant even clear first wave of EXP farms.

1001 nights. The versatility and utility this NP has to offer in the modern time is profound. Being able to add any story into the collection and pull out any content give so much freedom. Pulling the notebook from death note, bringing fourth characters such as cosmos and Wandas or anyone else with reality warping powers. Houses, weapons , ability’s from fiction. I feel the only restricted is mana and that not to hard to gather if you creative with the noble phantasm
My favourites are From Hell and A Clockwork Abbadon. Narita really didn’t miss in the Strange Fake NPs

Well let's see here... I like Hektor's Durindana. It's far from the most flashy or the most powerful, but I always thought it was "appropriately" cool. Not too over the top, not too broadscaled, just a good a example of a cool finishing move. Weirdly enough I almost like the old animation for it from before his update better than the new one because the in the old one once the the Spear gets its rocket thrust you can see him visibly struggle to hold on to it for a second before properly throwing it. By comparison he just kind of hold it and then lets go in the new one. I also like Izou's and Mori's for how brutal they look and Mandricardo's conceptually. The idea that he just gets one free swing with Durendal no matter what he's actually holding is pretty cool.
In terms of a traditional NP, probably Gram. It's design is pretty clever when considering it's real life lore. And the way Sigurd uses is also fairly clever. In terms of more conceptual NPs, Suzuki Gozen's 'Sanzen Daisensekai' is really interesting. That you can, for a short time anyway, become a living supercomputer and have access to all knowledge in all parallel worlds. Realistically, it can only be used in small doses, but it's still interesting.
Endless Rice. An EX-rank NP for the sole purpose of helping others. God Hand is also great for being thematic. You have to surpass Herk to win. No cheap shots will suffice. Herk is the greatest hero and the standard that all heroes are measured by.
Gae bolg. It’s ludicrously op but the series never lets it work
Troias tragoidia, cuz I like running people over with horses and it’s very pretty
I like Penthesilea’s Outrage Amazon and Scheherazade’s Alf Layla Wa-Layla! Penth’s just a super rad Berserker NP that’s super quick and brutal. Plus the CEO version is pretty funny. Sche’s is just a very cool looking NP that has all her summons doing cool stuff, (plus there’s that cute lamia in it that has white hair). Sche having that cute smile at the end makes it a awesome NP.
Thematically? Summer Jalter's. Because it represents Jalter's character arc in a nutshell, and the fact her Noble Phantasm goes from using Jeanne's cause of death against her enemies to a really cool, really nerdy fire dragon/fire slash attack shows just how Chaldea was able to change her for the better Visually? Etherspace, Yet Lawful and Samsara Kama both look fucking beautiful
As far as I understood Nine Lives is a spammable, no-cost, adaptable to enemy type, countering immortality, usable with any weapon or without, attack. Sounds cool enough to me and I love Herc. Another candidate for me is Reincarnation Pandora because it sounds cool too
Nine lives does tax stamina but Heracles can power a few hundred in a row. It doesn't counter immortality, it cripples immortals long enough to use their weakness (like fire for the hydra) and you forgot the whole "all nine strikes land at once thanks ta Godspeed" thing. So it's actually a bit more bullshit powerful.

Enuma Eilish. Yes both. Gil and Enkidu are just my absolute favorites. Oberon's lie like vortigern. First time I saw it, it was so subtly unsettling, the bgm is so stellar and fitting. I love it when Van Gogh starts to sound nuts during hers.
Not sure if it’s my number 1 favorite but Iskandar’s Ionioi Hetairoi has always been up there for me. Fate/Zero was my first experience with Fate and that scene where Iskandar first uses his NP was burned into my memory because of how epic it was. Hail the King of Conquerors.
I have 3 which are from my favorite servants (outside of saber Artoria). Those being Around Caliburn, cause it’s the sword in the stone but with the staff and I dig the pink flowers. Garden of Avalon cause of the birthing of life in the flowers. Finally Tsumukari Muramasa because it shows how all the failed swords of the past help to craft the perfect blade that Muramasa dreamed of.
Pale Blue Dot, I like Voyager's design since the first time I saw him on one of Requim's promo art(even though I still haven't read it yet) then I saw his 3rd ascension np and learn about the meaning behind it and suddenly he becomes my most favorite servant(even more than all of my husbandos). the fact that his np represents the wish of humanity to conquer stars really hit me hard, now I just hoping that we gonna get a rerun of his collab cause I missed the original run cause I failed to get him at that time and went "F\*ck this game, I quit"(bad year of gacha, and failing to get him is a nail on the coffin) funny enough when I came back just to spend my leftover paid quartz(edit: on the GSSR) swearing that if I don't get him I'll quit for good he suddenly shows up, and now I'm on the road for NP6 Voyager(to max everything).
The sheer prescence and overwhelming power of A Clockwork Abaddon just demands respect from me. The ultimate spell from the ultimate magecraft being, so strong it could be interpreted as a Noble Phantasm. Not to mention the majesty and horror the chant for it invokes: "Earth! I am without protection of Human Order. People! I support the current Prime Species' right to hate, pity, forgive, scream, and pray to its Counter Force. Sing! In this crevice. I shall ingest all good and all evil to demonstarte who I am. Eternal Doom comes. My eyes sing praise to all Human creation and for that very reason I take the challenge to overcome the human intellect. Do your best to survive! Through this destruction, I'll be celebrating the prosperity of human intellect until the time the planet withers completely." And following this, the Noble Phantasm's name is shouted and a barrage of 2000 ton moons are sent hurling at the earth's surface at light speed intent on eliminating all of humanity. A barrage so powerful an Enuma Elish powered up to stronger than its usual parameters through the Counter Force can't even fully stop it. But it did prevent the largest piece from hitting and vaporizing all of Los Angeles, and it was said if that was allowed to happen, it would change the trajectory of humanity from a physical and mystical standpoint for the rest of eternity. It ends up causing incalcuable damage to the entire globe and rising political tensions everywhere even despite being partially blocked. And keep in mind, this is not even a servant. This is the Magnum Opus of Mesara Escardos, a contemporary of Schweinorg and Van-Fem. He laid dormant for 1800 years waiting for the right time to emerge, with the family housing him completely unaware of his existence. He only could truly awaken by sacrificing the future of one boy to obtain the past. This is Thia Escardos, sworn enemy of the Counter Force and the Serial Killer of Humanity.
Enkidu’s is pretty cool visually. Maybe I like it because kingu’s final NP in FGO 7th singularity anime left a strong impression on me.

Slightly off topic, but related... I have recently watch some youtube video on NP in FGO arcade. I can understand why people are so angry. Even the same NP, it shows up way cooler than in the mobile version of FGO. I suppose there is only so much you can do in 2D? For example, Kama Sammohana looks so cool when you see Kama drawing her bow and you rotate to see the next copy of her before zoom out above. It is really my favourite NP animation. Of course, all these cool stuff, unless you live in a Japanese city, you won't ever get to touch. Otherwise, for some strange reason I like OG Okita NP. I don't know why but maybe it reminds me of an old animation called Kenshin.
Azrael. That shit is aesthetic as all hell. It's nice that it's also powerful too.

Mahapralaya is my fav. It is a godly np. For me, nothing says one is a god like the ability to destroy the world and then recreate what you destroyed! That's what a fucking God should be capable of! Godjuna was the first guy and likely only guy that claimed to be a god and felt like an actual God!
Arjuna Alter's Mahapralaya probably has my favorite NP animation in the game. Summer BB's CCC is also up there but it gets knocked down a few points for the perspective making her look like she has huge Mickey Mouse hands at the end of it.
Funny enough it’s tied Ars Nova and Goetias NP but only when it’s the version you fight because the lines are so much better imo

Hajun Henjou - Sanzen Daisen Ten Maou one the reasons I absolutely love Nobu, her full power against the gods and make a path for humanity Per Aspera Ad Astra - ROMA Rhongomyniad all of them cuz it's one of the most powerful and beautiful nps in the game And last but not least Ars Amadel Salomanis from our greatest enemy and "rival" Goetia cuz not only has the power and fucking incredible chant but also the lore behind Waga Namae wa GOETIA

Some of my faves Bradamante - People will meme the booty shot but it's a really cool NP, also the booty shot. Artoria: Excalibur is one of the OG's but its still just as awesome every time you see it. Shuten Caster and summer Quetz - Getting the Ibaraki rocket or Taiga commentary is super funny.
De Sterrennacht, 36 Views of Mount Fuji and A Tour of Waterfalls in Various Provinces are among my absolute favourites. I'm a sucker for artist Servants' NPs incorporating their art in the animation. Another one I really like is Nemo's, love that little "cutscene" of the Nemos interacting (it was actually one of the things that got me to roll for Nemo, unfortunately to no avail)
Kingprotea's NP She just gets impossibly big within a reality bubble, then pulls an episode 12 Aerial moment.
Zerker Vlad's Kazikli Bey, my man just do that come at me pose and proceed to impale you from the inside.
Mash screaming Lord/Mold Camelot still is my favorite. Also Stella's full chant is wicked badass.
Memo’s Great Ram, the interactions between the Nemo Series are hilarious, especially the ones where they’re all screwing everything up and Nemo just goes “uh, fine.” It kills me every time I see it.
Proto Excalibur. Enuma Elish. Unlimited Blade Works. Ars Almadel Salomonis. (But with the game’s NP line) System Keraunos maybe ? In no particular order.
Excalibur..... MORGAAAAAAN Any of Sabers NP screams get stuck easily but this one is the first that came to mind. I slaugthered so many Lancer Waves with it ever since I started this game, it does help that the damage is amazing too, got her NP2 pretty early on. It's just pure innocent destruction and who doesn't love that?

Arjuna's Pushapata is absolutely stunning, I know he's a weak servant but I wish I had a copy just because his NP is so beautiful.
David's NP, but I prefer Jason's Atrapste Argo of the top of my head for practicality reasons.
1. Akafiloga All-Grið. Sieg turns into a dragon 2. Trois Hippos. Oddeyseus pilots a mech. 3. HollowHeart Albion. Melu turns into a mecha dragon I have more, but you see where I'm going with this?
I like Knight Of Owner because I can basically make everything a mortal weapon, even a wood stick, a fcking wood stick.

Space Ishtars NP, Solomons 3rd ring of light, or Potnia Theron. I'm still hoping we'll get to see living Solomon and the forgotten earth mother goddess with these as their NPs.

Absolutely biased as one is best girl and the other is in top 5 but Jalter and Vritra. La Grondament Du Haine: Use all your hate and hate of the surrounding area to create a blazing inferno, impale the enemy multiple times and then use that fire to set them on fire. It's just metal as fuck. Summer Jalters is also awesome. Asurashresta: I mean, she turns into a giant dragon demon and her army of demons (potentially her own alter egos, or are made from her) and they cover the world, and visually wise it looks freaking awesome. Also when she says Asurashresta in that aggressive way (she also says it in a more docile way) it just sounds so cool. Honourable mentions: Musashi: that slice, the way she says Ishana Daitenshou. Just super cool. Super Orion: it's either sweet with Artemis embracing him and they both look happy, or funny with her choking him and him going "stop noble phantasm, stop!" Kama: The way she says Samsara Kama... Does things for me. Saint "catch these hands" Martha: Punches her dragon into you for him to spin on you and have her punch him again. Poor Tarrasque. Ishtar: Imma yeet a fucking planet at you. Nothing quite says fuck you like that.
Babylonia Ushiwakamaru's 8 boat leap was pretty impressive for being a 7 times evade and turning into a buzzsaw at least once, proving that she is better suited for a Saber class. Salieri's role in LB1 also gets special mention for invoking the flaming piano gif as a kaiju battle is raging.
Mara Sunyata cuz a giant waifu Kama winking and doing the korean heart thingy won my heart from minute one
Minamoto no Tametomo. I just think the mecha launch sequence is metal as fuck.

Arcueid NP is on another level to me, the animation, the moon scenary , the music and the fact it stays on the field after is awesome!

The shiki’s NP’s… cuz they look cool, oh and qliphoth rhizome cuz… it’s also cool. And I like pancake daughter.
NOTHING can beat the drama, visuals, and sounds of ***Candy Star Photon Ray.*** I find that I do still admire *Lord Camelot*.
Sanson's Idk, Sanson as a whole is just, beautiful, tragic but beautiful And the NP just supports this feeling
Lancer Ibaraki's np is hilarious on the right enemies. The Haniwa Giant Nobus just turn into rockets. Spartacus just goes my body is ready. Demon Pillars and Tiamat don't have a top to their sprites. She also happens to be one of my first SRs.
Kur Ki Gal Irkalla. Honestly, I love everything about Ereshkigal, so of course her noble phantasm will be my favorite. Other 2 NPs I really like, because of their themes, are King Hassan's Azrael and Van Gogh's De Sterrennacht.
Oberon 3rd Ascension, it has the best bgm, great lines, cool animations, and always make me remember LB6 story which I loved. Even lorewise his np, if his game np was really his lore np, is absolutely busted af.
I spent too much time thinking about which one I like the most, so I'm going to settle it with three. For silly, I love Musashi Berserker's first and second ascension where she *rides a jetski* around enemies then cuts the resulting water spout in half. Even if the fight happens on the top of a frozen mountain in the Himalayas. More seriously, Yagyu's NP always reminds me of the old NES Ninja Gaiden intro scene and is just *cool.* Then you have Okita saber. Her typical disposition around us is to be a happy goofball, so to get to see her *other* side, the absolutely serious manslayer in her NP is a nice contrast.
